Idk man, looks like they make their own presets and shit. You don't find pads like that in any random DnB Sylenth1 pack or whatever. Their mixing is also quite good, though a bit over-compressed IMO. I think Ethan has quite the experience in music production because he's sitting in his basement all day looking at anime girls killing themselves or some shit lol

Anyone with over half an hour's experience in synthesis can knock up a pad like that in 3 seconds flat.

High (ish) attack, very long release, dial resonance and cutoff to about 50%...slap in a mild reverb and bam, you have an ambient pad.

He didn't make that, this is literally just a mashup of the instrumental of Gorillaz - Busted and Blue with the acapella of the Watamote ED and a random pitched down Death Grips line being repeated throughout as well as some 808s and breakbeats added in lazily.

Ignoring the fact that Ethan didn't even make the pad in the first place (it's sampled), I'm pretty sure that isn't something like a regular saw patch with a filter. It sounds like a distorted, reverberated Rhodes-type synth (sounds like it has some extra harmonics, but that may just be from the distortion).

But it doesn't matter in the end cuz Ethan didn't even make the pad cuz he sampled it lulw

have you legit even seen the video? i read what ponk dude's problems are with the video which seems like he just doesn't like how the creator is a fan of their music and wants them to return which is a legit criticism, but the video is really just a quick overview over slvt, i don't think it paints him in a horrible light as it should but it doesn't skimp that much on information about him constantly threating suicide for attention and being a piece of shit. it could show more about what he is like but doesn't but it does show the basic history about him

Although the pedo fucked off from the net due to the intensifying heat, there is a possibility that "she" will return since the "documentary" was posted on Youtube. It doesn't document anything and tries to deepthroat the microshlong of this unhinged fuck. It appeared in my recommendations, but I refused to watch it after a few minutes further since I had my doubts and wasn't surprised of the info in your first few sentences of that post.

Her/his whatever shitty actions have spoken for themselves when things like the grooming minors (ironic) and tracing CP for album covers etc. but a lot is still unknown, and while it was a spoken/unspoken rule that PB members would never talk about this, considering the band is broken up for a while now I don't have a fear very much of saying "I was once associated with this person and it sucked"

I've only scratched the surface and this waste of carbon has done many more terrible things, but I am just not the best authority to speak on them. I wouldn't be surprised to see if other people from that time period begin to speak up, as slight few have done so on Twitter. Really, I just want to see this person fall. Yes, they have "left the internet" but with their reputation mostly solid and intact. To be honest it is unfair that this shitty person can get away with doing very awful things and I have to be careful to censor my past just because I probably said the f-word or n-word when I was a teenager. Oh well, I hope they get what's coming to them

Sorry you and your band mates had to put up with his shit while he was in the group. Here's hoping you are doing better these days.

Afaik its fake, photo doesnt seem like a police crime scene photo, body looks like its in a forest so it would of most likely been taken by the killer and if thats true it seems like it would have more info on it and more popular but when i shared the image in a group chat comprised of people who love gore none of them recognize it
