Probably got fired. She mentioned frequently about "going off" on customers who dared to do things like giving her money the "wrong" way. If she's anything like her Reee persona IRL, there's no way I'd employ her in a customer service role.

Whenever someone says "what does teaching racism have to do with space flight?" that's the answer. The Civil Rights Movement was one of the strongest lobbies against exploring space, because black kids weren't getting enough gibsmedat.
People with the same feeling as the ones in the photo I posted are why NASA was defunded every decade until now. Elon is completely right.

Thing is, I get that. It's not fun. Of course, we've always had to work to live, it's just now the work is sufficiently distanced from the work that actually keeps us alive - farming, building, access to safe water - that people like this feel like this is some new torture they're having to endure, rather than a much comfier prospect than it used to be.
The bit that's really telling though is that he's pre-apologising for treating work the way it should be treated. He thinks that he should feel guilty for not doing overtime or coming in when they're understaffed. It's not bad that he's not giving the company more time than his job asks for - it's him finally establishing boundaries that should have been there from the start.
They're not easy boundaries to maintain, and workplaces aren't often fair about enforcing them - but it's ResetEra. so the presumption isn't that this is a guy being forced to do unpaid labour or get fired, but a guy who's far too conflict-adverse finally nutting up and saying no, but he hates how he still feels guilty for doing so. Which suggests that it's not just that he'd rather be the idle rich - that's incredibly common. It's that he's also gotten a glimpse of just how ingrained it is in him to be subservient and kowtow to authority, which probably doesn't track with a brave e-Freedom Fighter posting about the good fight on the internet's premium gaming forum.
Except if he's a straight white man, that tracks exactly, because he's already showing his cowardice and fear of conflict by letting the tranny jannies run his online space while actively hating him and his kind. He shouldn't feel bad about saying no to his work, but he should always feel bad for posting on a forum that insists he hate himself while doing so.
