Probably any "hate comments" (aka "Chris don't talk to adults like they're children") get nuked automatically by him. I would assume he would do the same with any actual ableist hatred or any creepy shit, but possibly not?

Yes in 2019 and SBSK threw a fit when it happened. He somehow got his comments back after months of fighting.

Never said she was wrong when it came to her condition, just that "disability" is a massive umbrella term that includes a lot of shit that's much more survivable than that.
Damn poor kid, seems like he at least isn't disabled mentally tho and could probably at least have an improved quality of life with surgery.
The elphant man is beleived to have had Proteus syndrome which is an overgrowth syndrome. This child has neurofibramatosis 1 which is uncontrollled tumor growths. Here is a less severe presentation. Intelligence is not effected, but in certain types tumors can grow in the brain or spinal cord.
Actually, he's telling the truth- as far as I know. I went on a SBSK binge a few days ago, because as annoying as he is, it's fascinating to learn about what these kids go through. Sure enough, some of his older videos had zero comments whatsoever, but the comments were still enabled. The Hartley Hooligans episode got affected, too. Knowing SBSK, he'd keep those ass pat comments as long as he could. I doubt he'd actually wipe every comment himself if it meant deleting praise.
