Call me cynical, but I'm amazed there wasn't a shot in the video of a crying woman (black preferrably, the blacker the better) crying as she gets handed a jar of formula.
Im surprised there weren't 'equity' guidelines in which the most oppressed minority got the formula first. Knowing this admin they would claim LGBT people were most affected by the formula shortage and give them first dibs.

So this is a bit of reach but does anyone follow whats happened in sri lanka?

Basically the government banned the use of fertilizers with the stated reason being that fertilizers were polluting the water supply.

Yes Bill gates foundation was pushing them to do it.

But the thing is that the government thought "hey we spend millions on fertillizers WE CAN SAVE MONEY"

With out fertillizers your gonna need more land to make the same amount of fuel, also if you want cash to buy energry your gonna need a cash crop...in sri lanka's case that would be TEA.

So now you dont have food, you dont have cash you dont have diesel. So now the fishing boats cant run.

Worse with no diesel you have no power and therefor no ICE so when the fishing boats do run they have no way to store the fish.

All these problems didnt come from weird conspiracy by the elites but by corrupt government.

In the US we have a fundamentally weak administration, when clear and hard choices need to me made they are not being made and thus problems are left to fester.

Really? She gives me a Wednesday Addams vibe.

I was more Midwich Cuckoos or Children of the Corn, but that works.
2024 will be as much of a shitshow as 2016 was and if they don't literally outlaw Trump from running he'll sweep it instantly.

It really does feel like we're heading straight into WW3 for no other reason than the elites want to play international games for higher stakes.

Anything, everything. He could start by firing everyone who doesn't obey orders. He won't do this which means if he wins we're just getting another 4 year stalemate. He could follow it up with building the wall, refusing to sign a budget until Congress yields to his every demand, and several more proposals which I spent 4 years hoping he'd figure out for himself but he never could.

All that a Trump presidency would accomplish is stopping the bleeding until they start hacking us up again. In my opinion it would do more harm than good. Better to accelerate towards the end. If people go back to thinking Trump will save us, we'll lose all the momentum we've gained.
Trump accomplished a hell of a lot, considering how badly he was hampered throughout his presidency.

Here's what I think should be his major directions if he wins again (needs a half friendly congress, though):

1. Keep the fuck away from Jared Kushner
2. Work on the border. If I were him, I'd shore up vulnerable border areas by expropriating long, narrow strips of land and placing military bases there with the understanding that the troops there were to repel any unauthorized person from stepping foot on the base and hence the USA. As well, I would apply punitive tariffs on Mexico for every day they allow non-Mexican asylum seekers reaching the US border.
3. A complete restructuring of the FBI.
4. Harsher tariffs on China, couching them as environmental tariffs on industries which would only be ameliorated by international inspections for "green" thresholds.
5. A reworking of 230 to stop the tech company bullshit we see every day.

Then again, I'm a bit of a pissant.
You're the only person I know who's into dry, prickly pussy that smells like gin and medicine.
The rumours in the Beltway that it's more Werther's Originals.

Why are we imposing what and how other countries manage their economy? I thought we weren't going to be the world's police again. Especially NOW.

You can't spawn a literal demon like Bill Gates who takes a shit all over the planet, then act like you're an isolationist fortress and none of it is your problem lol

I mean, the “N” in NGO mean Non (Government Org) so technically it’s not “we” but we all know the worst ideas and filthiest cash gets laundered there.

This is a self own by Sri Lanka’s corrupt government who should have told Bill and the greenies to fuck off but thought they could virtue signal their way out of reality and cash in. But the green cult is a luxury good, and Sri Lanka didn’t have the room to fuck it up like this.

Edit: I hope Sri Lanka serves as a wake up call for the marginal economies of the world: the West is drowning and they will grab your ankles on the way down.

We aren't again it's the classic management tactic of cutting a critical expense like say when a manager fires skilled workers and thinks he can make do with a contract worker and 3 un paid interns. There s a sudden boost in money being saved but then boom shit starts to unravel.

Same with the admin the people in his cabinet aren't up to the challenges and biden should shuffle it around to get people who can do something.

My apologies. I assume this administration has a part in this. Fault goes to Sri Lanka for sabotaging their people as well.
Sort of. Biden is the one pushing for giving the WHO total control over the world during pandemics. That the WHO get to decided when they begin, end, and what constitutes a pandemic. Biden legit took out wording that would give that power to WHO countries.

In the end, biden is just a pawn in the plans of the groups and people I mentioned above.

Isn't the WHO more or less like the UN? Yeah, they can say "do X or else." But without an army to enforce it what they fuck are they going to do?

I would agree. But I think the big picture is countries that are members of the WHO are going to use this new treaty as justification for cracking down on their own civilians they don't like. Well at least the US.

The history of the WHO is interesting. And having a somewhat a political organization provide recommendations is a good idea.

The Chinese got embarrassed by Sars. So worked to subvert the organization.

The games played by the who during covid were awful and trump was right to pull out.

The WHO is joke, and I love covid varrient and now monkey pox are the new issues.

It's like mundane Matt and crew trying to redo gamer gate.

The "argument" for diversity is that the EEOC will rape you in court if you don't practice it.

The vast majority - something like 90%+ of Americans - have an almost religious faith in gender & race equality. Your average American's sense of being a good person comes from at least a verbal commitment to women in the workplace, lifting up the black man, America being for everyone, etc.
Which Americans you talking about, because it sure ain't me or anyone else I know. Hell, most of my co-workers don't even believe in it. You must be thinking of the fat bitch in HR who makes Chantal Sarault look like a slim and pristine little lady.
