The logic behind it (and he will never tell) is that he ran into a corner. He said he was in a bad position thousands of times and he needed more support, he gets it, but expects more support than usual because he already got it before, is not like the viewers ran out of money. This is his way of setting a new standard for support, didn't change after the vest streak and never will except he keeps getting slow streams for weeks.

And anyways, I wouldn't pay 50k to beat Phil up, especially since he's an old man and that would be unfair. I'd just go to dinner with him and talk to him. I'll bet if you got a few drinks in him he'd probably actually be pretty interesting to talk to, I'd imagine he has some very unique perspectives he wouldn't ordinarily share on stream that he'd be happy to own up to if he was drunk and in a more personal situation. I'd probably pat him on the shoulder at one point, and he'd appreciate the close human contact. Like you wouldn't be friends, but it would probably be an ok evening.

I think all of us know Phil will never agree to a fight, but I do wonder what Phil would be willing to do for $50k and that he bothered replying to Keem thinking it was possible. Probably just something boring and stupid like "Sir, Mr. Keem, I would be willing to do an INTERVIEW for $50k, but I can't meet anyone in person to protect my FAMILY."

It's something he does because he is a narcissistic piece of shit that always needs to feel in control, Phil telling Keem to DM him or send him an email is dented because Phil is replying to him, which means he could easily DM him, but he wants Keem to DM him after he told him to do it so he can feel in control of the situation because by DMing him Keem would be doing what Phil tells him to.
It would be the equivalent of passing through your boss office and he tells you to please come and talk to him when you have the time , and you reply "No! send me an email or tell my supervisor to tell me to come to your office", it's such a retarded power play done to protect his fragile ego and normal people don't take that shit kindly, which is why Keem gave him and ultimatum said he wasn't going to play games anymore, he is such an insufferable cunt.
