She's not done cleaning up old tweets, so that's why she hasn't come back yet.

She's still deleting tweets as of today. It would hurt her ego but at this point it would be easier to mass delete all her past tweets even the ones with over 10k likes and the e-celeb interactions. I'm suspecting she's probably posting under a burner account right now. She was liking tweets as kungfurevvv before posting the infamous Kung Pao San art. I remember seeing Turning Red fan art and 9/11 MrEnter jokes in her likes.

And can anyone check to see if she deleted any tweets about 4lung/4L0ts, the ''problematic' media she enjoys (dragon maid), her babyfur/fat/mommy kinks, antoons, etc? I would but I'm not following her because I didn't think she would lock her account for this long.

Both French and British are relatively considered "white", so I'm putting my bet on that she'll pick from a "POC" country/nationality to get those extra sweet brownie points.

Probably a small thing, but Puppy recently refollowed her niece, meaning she unfollowed at some point during her hiatus. She is the most recent follower. Pup is also high up in her niece's following list. I don't believe, from my experience messing with Twitter deactivation, this would be a result of deactivating. I think she softblocked her niece, either for "family safety" or to make herself less findable during her hiatus, and refollowed when she thought she was clear. I've been checking djcoolflo's following/followers quite often since she has a habit of following flo on her alt accounts.
