And the senate seat is going into a runoff, with the carpetbagger endorsing Brooks, which probably means it’s Brooks.

Which of them is the least bad option between him and Britt? Brooks switched to the Fuentes slogan after Trump rescinded his endorsement, which makes me uneasy.
Lots of political "noise" this time 'round brother. Everyone accusing everyone of being a RINO and such. I did some research and it seems like Mike Durant was more of a RINO than Britt was (he's not even fucking from here, but she is) and I'm finding it harder and harder to trust military men turned politicians.

Who exactly is the carpet bagger? I don't remember. I just know Brooks was unendorsed by Trump.

Had a discussion with a literal boomer recently (don't get me wrong I like him a lot) and he said he had been leaning Durant because "he's a military guy." Ok that really means jack shit. I mean CRENSHAW is a military dude.

Biden talking about deer with Kevlar vests. Dude doesn't seem to get that if a kid was wearing a vest and shot by that AR-15 that troon was using, the only thing that vest would do is kinda keep the corpse in a slightly nicer container. Vests do NOT work on rifle rounds.
Depends on the vest and the range. There's commonly available and affordable soft armor that will stop a 5.56 in most conditions. Modern body armor works pretty well.

Joey has lost it, totally. Utterly. Yesterday paid $97 to fill my son's truck, at $5.89/gallon, on base, cheapest in town. This is on Joey and every stupid motherfucker who voted for him, and every stupid motherfucker who votes Dem in the mid-terms/2024, The "incredible transition" will likely be seeing the House and Senate come under GOP control this year.

An incredible transition from... prosperity to destitution. Does he have speechwriters, and does he not listen to them, or do they just not like him?

At the range inside of a school which is at the most 500 feet? A 5.56 will shred any vest that close up.

I'm amazed Biden didn't bring out that line he used like three times before. "You couldn't own a cannon in 1776."

Durent. As you said, he’s from Maryland or some shit.

Yeah just throw a whole gallon of gasoline on that grease fire. That'll end well.
I dunno what this will even accomplish in terms of increasing minority home ownership, now that I think about it. Most of the people with credit so bad they can't get approved for a mortgage certainly aren't going to be able to outbid the various blue state refugees swamping the market with cash offers $100k plus over asking price. They aren't going to have the liquidity to offer to put 50+% of their intended down payment in escrow to make a market offer more attractive to a seller either.

Anyone who mentions "deer" regarding the second amendment in that context is just trying to muddy the water.

The deer aren't the "kevlar wearers" our rights are meant to protect us from. Don't let them minimize how important your second amendment rights are by pretending it was ever about hunting. The second amendment is explicitly about defense of our other rights and our national structure.

The "You couldn't own a cannon in 1776" line was one of Biden's all-time best. It was so blatantly wrong that the fucking factcheckers at AP just said outright that he was lying. They didn't even attempt to weasel in some sort of gotcha or a "this is what he said, but what he REALLY meant was..."

The Alabama governor race will be:

White Grandma (R) VS Strong Independent Black Woman (D).
Gov. Ivey could've gone into a runoff.

The South and Middle America aren't "neocon power vacuums," but the conservatives there really need to stop coming out for the incumbents.

Still can't believe Raffensperger, of all fuckers, got through.

Trump only took the endorsement once Brooks's campaign seemed to fall apart and die. But, it didn't! Mike Durant, the carpetbagger, is Lincoln Project backed and sucks, but like Matt Dolan with Vance, he's making a good move endorsing Brooks.

But to answer your question, Brooks, hands down. Katie Britt is a fraud and will just be Richard Shelby with tits (and apparently a fat ass). Mo recently made a bad vote with the Ukrainian aid bill, but he's been solid all-around on the issues for all his years in Congress. With this revival, I only hope Mo keeps up this Mo-mentum and doesn't die again.

500 feet? Try 50, and even that depends on the barrel length. Within about 50 feet, 5.56 will penetrate level III armor as long as the barrel is about 16in or longer. If youre using a 14.5 or 10.5in barrel, it won't penetrate III armor at any distance, including point blank. 5.56 was designed for a 20in barrel and 20in barrels aren't very popular anymore, so the vast majority of AR owners aren't getting "on-paper" performance from the round.

There's lots of proof of concept videos on YouTube that reaffirm this. Just make sure you're looking at tests done on US made armor.

Tim "somebody bought me an AR and now I'm a gun expert" Pool just released a video this morning trying to make your argument and it's just wrong. You don't need lvl IV ceramics to stop standard rifle rounds. You need them to stop AP rifle rounds, which is why ceramics are generally useless outside of the battlefield because the cops and local criminals aren't using black tip .308 against people.

Loosening the credit standard for mortgages is what caused the mortgage crisis in 2008. Too many sub-prime borrowers with no skin in the game simply walked away and let the bank foreclose. Did nobody learn this the first time?

Not everybody should own a house. You had peeps working at McDonalds buying $400,000 dollar homes. No down payment? No documentation? No problem! Here's your mortgage, Mr. Minority.

Yet here we go again.
