That is pretty fucked.
I'm also fixated on how despite giving all these people special fake names Lily has made it pretty easy for anyone to actually figure out who these people are. Lizzy's fake character has a witch hat because her URL in most places is witchy lizzy, patchwork has cat ears because that's what patch uses as their avatar in a lot of places, and etc.
Like lily is at once doing the bare minimum to prevent harassment while seeming to make it very obvious to anyone who could want to who they should go harass.
Then again the source material she's cribbing this style from (The Alt-Right playbook) uses this same style, but the people Ian Danskin is omitting the identities of are public figures who are basically already insulated from harrassment.

i know lizzy and patch might not (im not sure about some others) but i wonder if this might spark a 'all right, ive had enough of this shit' and then people mentioned/maybe not mentioned but other people intertwined in lily's world come formward to ay something about her, and maybe knock her down a peg or two.

I assumed it was because Sega's overall visual aesthetic has always been red. IIRC, her old pony oc was red, her logo is red, and she wears red outfits in her artwork. This is sorta reaching imo.

No, I think you've got it figured out. It's plausible deniability -- if somebody calls her out for it she'll point out that she didn't use any REAL names -- but anybody who knows Lily well enough would know exactly who she's talking about.
Although the funny thing about that video is that it's pretty reliant on exactly that. Making a video like this and calling out your individual 'stalkers' to an audience who's just there because you shit-talk cartoons and doesn't know anything about your personal history is only going to encourage people to look into it. That can direct folks to the gossip blogs, or to this thread, and to contrary discussions that Lily doesn't want to get out... or, worse, to the receipts.

Fair. I didn't know about that connection. Still seems weird to me to have just the one coloured puppet while all the others are white because, like others have pointed out, some of the other targets also have a set of associated colours. I'd like to think it wasn't done on purpose but honestly just sounds like an excuse to slip some casual racism into the whole thing. I don't know, I don't believe in coincidences.

Painting the only POC with Native ancestry as red is racist regardless of what intentions Liliana had. If anyone had done the same thing to an avatar meant to represent her she'd not waste a single second into calling it out so I honestly don't see the point of giving her any leeway about it. It's nothing out of the ordinary for her to do these sort of things and then explain away or ignore the worst implications.
Besides that, my bet is that the video is going to be a flop. If already most of her videos on cartoon, the entire reason for her channel existing, are having lower views that they should then a video entirely about personal drama is not going to interest anyone.
