Salome lost her credit card somewhere when she was trying to buy Resident Evil 7, and figured out a new way to purchase the game but ended up downloading Resident Evil 8 instead.

She started 5 minutes early, stated that streaming slows down the download, threw away 16K live viewers, restarted the stream on time, and is now stalling for time to 60K live viewers by naming all of the Japanese prefectures.

I really hope they intend to make her a permanent part of the Niji roster- would be a waste of good talent if this is all part of some elaborate week-long joke (which is kind of what I was expecting tbh). She's very entertaining. The copium side of me is saying that they wouldn't bother to invest in a Live2D + find a good talent if they weren't planning on using them, at least occasionally, in the future.

I think the uncertainty is what has people so enthralled. 660K views on a 1hr Resident Evil 7 stream in 10 hours is no joke.
