Crime Gunman at a Texas elementary school kills 19 students and two adults before being fatally shot, officials say - yeehaw

(CNN)A suspect is in custody after a shooting incident at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, left at least two dead and injured 14 people, including students, authorities said.

The Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District (UCISD) posted about an "active shooter" at Robb Elementary at 12:17 p.m. local time and said law enforcement was on site.

The suspect was taken into custody as of 1:06 p.m. local time, according to the Uvalde Police Department.
Two have died after the shooting at Robb Elementary School, a spokesperson from Uvalde Memorial Hospital told CNN.

The hospital received 13 children at their facility who were being treated for varying injuries, he said. Two children were transported to San Antonio and another is pending transfer, Tom Nordwick said.

Additionally, two patients were dead on arrival, he said. Nordwick was not sure of the ages of the two deceased. A man in his 40s was also being treated there, he said.

Nordwick did not have conditions on any of the victims.

This is a developing story and will be updated.

They are not that desperate. Also paying someone to die makes no sense.
They are desperate, the Democrats stole the 2020 elections and are trying to hand over the US to the WHO and the WEF/UN. If they do that while Americans are still armed it will fail because these traitors will get the 1776 treatment. They pay young/mentally ill people to commit mass shootings to justify more gun control. Your Second Amendment is crystal clear, Shall not be infringed.

Then you know how much a pain in the ass it is to rapid fire a lever action. A Model 74 or 94 I presume. Still that extra action required takes time, even if its a split second.
I was a fan of The Rifleman and it wasn't illegal to make your rifle so you could emulate the show.
This takes some skill to do it correctly without messing your wrist up.
Not really.
The shooter would have been agitated, making smooth rapid operation more difficult. Forget reloading it with the tube magazine. This is how a lever action 9 round .30-30 is not comparable to AR-15 with its drop and slam 30 round magazine. Yet no one ever talks about increased magazine size. Why is that?
Well, because, ultimately, it doesn't matter.

What people whining about magazine size don't realize is one simple thing: Even a 100 round drum isn't going to help you IF YOU DON'T HIT YOUR TARGET!

That's why a special nightmare has always been someone doing a mass shooting with a shotgun in close quarters.

From what it looks like, and what's been reported, the shooter did the killings with his pistol, not the AR-15.

And an AR-15 isn't magic. It doesn't automatically make you a better shot. Even red-dot and all that other bullshit doesn't make you a better shot.

An AR-15 doesn't turn someone into an effective killer, no matter what the media shrieks and whines about, or when it was adapted into the XM16E series we would have won Vietnam instantly.

What does turn them into killers, whether killers are born or made or both, is a philisophical question that is quite relevant to this discussion, but nobody's asking too often.

I don't want to share a country with people like you anymore.
I stop wanting to share this planet with people long ago. Welcome to the club.

Because it's irrelevant. It's probably more likely one of these idiots would fail to seat a 30rd mag all the way and have it fall out than a reload or manual cycling of a lever action is to make a difference.

No need to reload with 30 rounds if in theory you can cause 30 casualties. Realistically, one casualty per round is highly unlikely. A shooter can kill faster than ever, but for some reason, this doesn't seem to be a problem, nor is the ease that unstable individuals can obtain these weapons. The elephant is in the room but your blaming the potted plant.

Same as on homeschooling. Don't care. I don't trust the government enough to give up guns. That's good enough for me.

unstable individuals
There's the elephant in the room.

Not the tusks, which everyone is touching and yelling "THE AR-15 DID IT!"
Not the tail, which people are touching and yelling "PATRIARCHY DID IT!"
Not the legs, which people are touching and yelling "WHITE PEOPLE DID THIS!"
Not the sides, which people are touching and yelling "AMERICA BAD!"

The REAL elephant, which "gun control" is conveniently ignoring.

Because you can't just legislate away unstable individuals and make everyone feel all special and like they did something.

What part of reloading doesn't matter can't you comprehend? And what part of it wasn't a problem for almost a hundred years, when gun laws were more lax, until 1999?

Reminds me of a story of a fella I know, he caught his daughter almost drowning the cat by throwing it in the family pool, when ask why she did it, she replied with, I just want to see if it could swim.

Curiosity near killed the cat.

I wouldn't say California is rich and prosperous.

California couldn't get their streets fixed or solve homelessness. Also, crime is increasing in this so-called prosperous state.

Yet, it still overtaxes its citizens and businesses. You should know that a lot of businesses are moving out of the western state. It's even losing population that it lost a congressional seat.

Would you still consider it as a rich state (except the corrupt politicians and Silicon Valley billionaires, of course) after considering this state's failures?
People still think California is rich and prosperous?
The dumbfuck of a mayor just decided to try and conserve money by via limiting condiments. That doesn't sound 'rich' to me.

Since there isn't a cure for mental illness now, or any time soon, there is no solution to mass shooting? "Mental health" is a cope and deny strategy used by politicians to wash their hands of any responsibility. They know they can't fix mental health.
Veterans with mental health issues commit suicide everyday, and where are these same politicians? If mental health was the real issue, they would get their heads out of their asses and take action. They have no desire to help anyone, only to line their pockets while tweeting about thoughts and prayers.

Since there isn't a cure for mental illness now
Nigger how about addressing any of our crippling social issues like gas tripling in a year, instead of funneling billions to their buddies in Ukraine. How about doing literally fucking anything to make the economy better so people have a future to look forward to, instead of just continually doing everything possible to make it worse.

Since there isn't a cure for mental illness now, or any time soon, there is no solution to mass shooting?
Again, ignoring the fact that these things were virtually unheard of before 1999. It's not just mental illness, its how mental illness interacts with media.

>cause a problem
>demand a solution that causes more problems instead of not causing the problem in the first place
>repeat with both the original problem, and the new problem you caused

Since there isn't a cure for mental illness now,
Mental illness is treatable, despite what Tumblr and Twitter say.

Medication and therapy get better all the time. Proper treatment leaves people with the ability to have functional lives that 30 years ago would be relegated to a life of misery.

Even Bipolar was once considered incurable.
or any time soon, there is no solution to mass shooting?
I never said that.

And while it can't be cured YET it can be treated.
"Mental health" is a cope and deny strategy used by politicians to wash their hands of any responsibility.
Really? Because if they spent as much time on trying to treat America's mental health problems as they do trying to take guns or, oh, I don't know, funding that Third World Shithole Ukraine, then there would be a massive amount of mental health treatment available.
They know they can't fix mental health.
Except, they can fix the mental health crisis in America.
Veterans with mental health issues commit suicide everyday,
Don't. Go. There.
and where are these same politicians?
Same place they always are with vets: Why didn't you die like good little tin soldiers instead of surviving the war?
If mental health was the real issue,
Which it is.

And will only get worse after 2 years of lockdown stunting emotional and social growth of children.
they would get their heads out of their asses and take action.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

No. No they wouldn't.
They have no desire to help anyone,
There you go.
only to line their pockets while tweeting about thoughts and prayers.
And tweeting about "Oh, we tried to do gun control to stop mass shootings done by those evil white males, who are the only ones who do mass shootings, but the NRA and the Rethugligans and the MAGAts and the CHUDS stopped us. Won't you please just venmo me $20 for my next campaign?"

No. Addressing mental health is messy, costly, complicated, and can't be done by a quick executive order or a quick feel good fix, so they don't give a shit.

They've never given a shit.

The Kennedy's lobotomized their own fucking kid.

The Bidens let Hunter run around and buttfuck random prostitutes after doing lines of coke and did nothing.

Nobody gives a shit about mental health until someone's brain malfunctions, they pick up a scary black gun, and kill people.

Then they just blame the gun.

Maybe american culture truly is centered around niggers 🤔, well, these people DO want it to be :|
I don't know man. bloodiest war in country's history. killing your family or sending your sons to fight so you can stick your dick in niggers sounds like American culture is focused around niggers to me. Hell like a third of the basketball american population is directly related to Thomas Jefferson himself.
