The thing is it's almost certainly real tho, it was an account made shortly after his last one was deleted, It had the high ranking Groyper generals following and interacting with it. When he accidentally posted the video multiple people grabbed it at once before it went down (ruling out that it was a Kiwi OP) with groypers saying not to screenshot it (allegedly). Eventually when the account was deleted Nick just happened to be on his phone.

And even if it was fake, I'm sure at least one if not more of the Groyper generals would've asked Nick if it was him and he'd warn them that it wasn't his account before any of this went down
