I believe at any moment in the fight, a bystander could entirely legally have pulled out a gun, shot at both of their feet and yelled "DANCE BITCHES!" I may be confusing Portugal for Texas though.

Cops don't care, if Ralph wanted to do something he would have filed charges when it happened he did not. If Ralph shows up to press charges at a later date the cops will listen up until Ralph says Cog and Dan are already gone home back in the UK, once the cops hear this they will completely check out of the situation, let him file a report that will be destined for the dustbin or put on the bottom of the stack. By the time it gets taken to court both parties will be back in their own country and at that point who gives a fuck.

That's a lot of words to be wrong, Ralph won't do anything ever, he talks big game but when push comes to shove he reveals his true nature - absolute and utter coward. Squealing and hollering is fair game, screaming about other people dying is fine but when violence comes to him he shuts down and just takes abuse, he screams for help and then he waits for more punishment.

Look at every threat Ethan has made, he's always vague and "hopes somebody die" "someone has to deal with them" and so on. The only threat Ethan is capable of making is raping someone's woman, since he knows he's capable of doing that and nothing more.

I'm split between you both. I think IF Ralph could get a gun (from what I understand he can't) and IF he was humiliated/backed into a corner again, he might pull it and use it without thinking. Preplanning and showing up to carry out something I don't honestly see in the cards. Especially as his #1 hate target switches every 2 days. Be a lot of plans that got 36 hours of planning before he moved to the next person.
