Gonna list a summary of all related events as far as I know just to make a take on this situation neutrally.

We have footage of Cog saying something along the lines of, "Pay me superchats and I will bring my friend to beat ralph up" Which coincidently happens on this trip.

We have footage of Cog stalking ralph and following him and making comments at him while doing so. He then on stream says he isn't going to press him now cause it's too public.

Suddenly Ethan Ralph Confront's Cog around the corner. Cog on the following stream admits he struck Ralph first after Ethan confronted him for stalking him.

Ethan presumably retaliates when suddenly muscle man dan comes in and we see where that goes.

I hate Ralph as much as the next guy but ya this does seem like a premediated stalking/assault. I don't know what shit will stick legally nor do I care, both of these people are shitty in my opinion.
