Barnes is on a whole different level than the rest of lawtube. Hes a real lawyer that had and still has a bunch of high profile cases.
He has very interesting takes on alot of things, but you have to endure his arrogant babbling about internet drama he doesnt understands.

So DUIGuy ran into a snag today and couldn't get into the courthouse. The line holders weren't there today and he paid a women $4k to take her spot but the deputies saw it and wouldn't let him in. But Rob (Law in Lumber) got in.

IDK I think just bad luck. He said he needed sleep so not sure if he went later in the morning than usual. I stopped watching when he started tarding out over it so maybe he will go on Rekeita and explain it better when he's calmed down a bit.

Just some quick thoughts:

  1. Alyta has grown and profited off of showing and reacting to other people's tragedy. She gained her subs off of a teen's worst night of his life in Kenosha and two celebrities having their most traumatic and humiliating aspects of their life shown to the world. This is fine, unless you think you deserve all the privacy in the world and get upset when your DM to another youtuber banning them from your stream is open to the world.
  2. She is pulling a DSP here or a toxic gf moment here where she refuses to apologize for what she actually did and apologizes for her messaging. It wasn't wrong to ban DUI Guy and James, it was the wording of the message that was the only issue.
  3. This is only the start. She needs to be the protector of Lawtube who needs to keep it pure and the reputation strong and knows how great it could be if she polices it. It is a pointless battle as Nick has said where you won't ever satisfy Court TV or any of those other sources when you are taking views from them they think belong to them. Get ready for the Alyta purity test for Lawtubers going forward.

She did, she didn't know who he was and looked him up. Said he sounded familiar and probably had commercials or something she saw. She tried to get his book but it kept asking her to buy some course which made her say the site seems suspicious. I'm guessing his site is janky because he's too old to understand how to dictate a good site design to whoever made it.

Depp's claim has to include the 'by inference' parts because Amber played that legalistic 'I'm not touching you' game by not name-dropping Depp. Not that it really matters, evidence was introduced that Amber wrote it about Depp and the minute it was published people knew it was about Depp. So maybe a nothing burger.
