I didn't say physical assault. There are more than one types of assault. In assault and battery the battery is the physical aspect and assault is somewhat different. If you don't understand the nuance or distinction that is fine but Rackets had an expert on his stream who's opinion I trust more than yours. I pointed out that Gunt had crossed the threshold where Cog could use reasonable self defence. I also made no moral point or "SJW bullshit". I think under common law it would not be an assault or battery due to the clear mutual antagonism and the worst charge both parties could face is affray**, but that would be for the judge to determine.
