US Portland police arrest suspect who left sticker outside refugee center

An Oregon man has been arrested after allegedly placing neo-Nazi propaganda outside a Portland organization that helps refugees and immigrants last month, authorities said Wednesday.

Jarl Judson Rockhill, 35, of West Linn, was arrested at a traffic stop in Clackamas County following an investigation into the April 24 incident at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, Portland police said.

Officials with the organization had reported that an unknown man had placed a neo-Nazi propaganda sticker on the fence of the property, police said. Surveillance video showed the suspect and his vehicle.

After identifying Rockhill as the suspect and taking him into custody, police said investigators executed a search warrant on his vehicle and home, where investigators discovered evidence linking Rockhill to the crime.

At Rockhill’s home, officers also seized numerous rifles, handguns and “related items,” which they said was for “safekeeping” as they were not specifically related to the criminal investigation.

Rockhill was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on an arrest warrant for second-degree bias crime.

He may face additional charges of first-degree bias crime and third-degree criminal mischief that were pending in Multnomah County.

I thought arresting people for stickers was only something they did in Bongistan.

I will happily do time in Santa Rita for my "Trans Women Are Men" stickering campaign.

Come get me, coppers!

Some not-legal advice: a direct thermal label printer is pretty cheap, there's no ink, and the 4x6 labels are dirt cheap and everywhere. Drawback: you are limited to one background color and black. Major benefit: since these are primarily used for shipping labels, the adhesives commonly used are specifically made to allow for non-destructive removal.* Most vandalism laws require actual damages. Between that and the whole free speech vs. bias crime thing to begin with you're realistically looking at something more equivalent to a ticket/civil infraction than a misdemeanor/felony.

*using a sharp knife to cut a # pattern into the sticker (but not what it's on) makes it a real pain in the ass to remove while remaining non-destructive. Real criminals/dickheads will put things like razor blades or broken glass behind the sticker. That takes it straight to felony. Also, it may be tempting to try and abuse USPS's packaging supplies. They've long since cottoned on to this and unless you have an actual reason to order those supplies they will dickslap you even if you don't use them for a "hate crime." Editing while I am here:
-If a printer itself is too much but you want bicolor stickers, PM me, I now have access to a thermal printer.

😨😨😨Oh nooooo! A stiiiickeeeer!😨😨😨

Also lmao, this dude's name is "Jarl"
Fun fact: the ADL HEAT map that shows politically motivated incidents shows 0 incidents of left wing incidents and thousands of right wing incidents. They make no mention of the CHAZ, but have countless mentions of right wing people handing out stickers or flyers with a link on them to sites like Patriot Prayer. So remember, stickers are violence, but taking multiple blocks of city by violence is a summer of love.

Internets say he is a registered sex offender. I'm trying to verify, whatever sperg took this screencapture got it from a pay site but didn't include enough screen for me to 100% trust it.

He was charged in 2002 with Sex Abuse in the First Degree and 2003 with Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct. Both cases were dismissed. Same lawyer both times.

He was convicted in 2010 of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. However, he did not have any prior felony convictions in the Oregon Circuit Court system. So either he had a fed conviction or a conviction in another state.

It used to be on the list due to being the Pacific to Columbia shipping hub and a chokepoint between WA/OR for troop movements.

Not sure any more.
Portland lost at least 90% of its container traffic due to Longshoremen being morons.

Can you post screenshots from whatever legal database you presumably looked this up in? I don't doubt your word I just would like to have proof archived here since it looks like antifa may be stretching the truth all over the web. I would like as much actual detail as possible because most actual media reporting on this guy has been scrubbed.

This is a publicly accessible database, but I'm not going into much more detail than that. I'm not going to post the case registers for the individual cases, as they have specific names and phone numbers that I don't want to expose directly to casual harasser types; they'll have to do their own legwork for that. None of the actual case documents are uploaded for the older cases anyway, because they only scanned in documents so far back when they started the database. ETA: Calling up a guy's attorney from 20 years ago is stupid, don't do stupid things.

Lol, we don't do it in most of the UK. Only in Scotland (because it's full of faggots.) Portland is worse than England in terms of thought policing. A wild time to be alive.

The west coast in general has given up 90% of their container traffic to simply waiting a little longer and going through the Panama Canal (PL: burning up two weeks waiting to cross was worth avoiding the pozzed west coast port costs). The container must be unloaded and transferred to a truck (much faster, more expensive) or train (similar speed/price) for last-mile no matter what. I can actually act on real time information overland and make changes to things with my container. Many brokers will try to avoid disclosing the actual shipping lines to customers, even if you know the vessel they are not changing their plans for you. That's worth the cost to go overland even if it is cross country. Yet somehow your unions fucked up.
