More like he wants to actually keep his job and there are strict rules about not letting people touch you a certain way.

The people who dress up at Disney for work may as well be considered cartoon prostitutes at this point. They're already being gawked at and have to force themselves to say "in character" bullshit, Disney may as well allow guests to grope/rape the workers. There's no difference in the acts by this point, it's all the same shit.

Groping and raping is not really appropriate at a Disney park, is it? It's not a strip club.

This reminds me of the discourse surrounding cosplay at conventions, either wearing a costume is an inherent consent for certain things or it's not, again, if a guy can't cop a feel of a lady then a lady should not be able to cop a feel either, either hold everyone to the same standard or don't have a standard.

But again, a Disney park is neither a strip club nor even a convention where there would be an understanding you might see some adult content, it's not appropriate for people to get too thirsty.
