I wouldn’t call what Nick is doing as sperging out. He is just making it very clear he does not want to be labeled or thrown into a group think hive mind where he is expected to act a certain way or more importantly police how others act. He is using the Top 100 thing as content but isn’t really doing anything more. Fuck, he is basically trying to show others how stupid it is. Lastnight I saw that Runkle responded to the Top 100 article on how cringe it is.

He knows once this trial is over 90% of the normies will forget all about them. His job is to find the 1% of the remaining people that are degens and will become daily viewers of his night show. Having this label or group doesn’t help any of them even if it was a good idea. The views are coming in regardless during high profile trials. Too many normies are desperate to be part of it in some way. Just sit back and watch, enjoy the content, for fucks sake.

I can’t wait too see all these 100-400k new YouTube lawyer channels start getting 500-1000 views a video once depp-heard is over. Nick went thru this with Rittenhouse, fast growth, lots of quick money, but how do you capitalize afterwords. Only a few who can pivot will continue with the success.

it's a no-win situation because if he does what he's doing now and makes it extremely clear he's not interested or affiliated, there will be people hoping for drama saying he's lolcowing it up. If he stays quiet about people associating him with lawtube as drama starts to break out, when things really go down in flames he'll be associated with lawtube and him saying 'no, I was never associated with that, I don't want to be associated with it' will be responded to with people saying "well you didn't care before it was getting you in trouble, did you? You could have disassociated yourself in the past but you didn't"

He made the smarter choice here because only idiots are going to think him saying 'no ew go away' is a problem.

LegalBytes rebounded a bit, but then lost that gain today - back down to 241k. I wonder what will happen when the Depp trial is over?

Everybody is going to get a drop in views when all those subscribers don't see a reason to keep watching. Nick does a good job of steering people to his night shows where he has the most fun. Don't see any of the other streamers doing similar things except maybe emily baker.

Yeah, distancing now is going to be the smart move for sure. Anyone whose ever been around a crumbling lawfirm can tell you the last thing you want to be is stuck on a sinking ship with a bunch of lawyers.

The Depp trial is practically over. There will be nothing interesting to pull in viewers until the verdict is read, and after that it'll be totally dead. Expect all the grifting these people constantly did to be for nothing afterwards.

Legalbytes is more proof that normies shouldn't be on the Internet. She should stick to shitting up Facebook or some other walled garden.
She does not harm me by existing and if she keeps these normies off the streams I pay attention to, I will have to reee and NORMIES GET OUT less often.

Also these number games are gay. Unless they show someone has sunk into Jarbo-level irrelevance and it's funny, who cares? Like I give a fuck if some e-daddy or e-mommy has an e-dick .01 inches longer. Who cares? (Not saying don't post it though and not intended as an attack on the post a couple back. . .even when something isn't funny now it might be later.)

Andrea makes a good point about Amber. She's not just disrespecting DV victims by pretending to be one when she isn't, everything about her attitude toward them is disrespectful. She looks down on them, she thinks she's better than them because she 'hits back', she thinks victims are doormats, and she thinks victims need to take responsibility (for their part in it) and do something about it. She shows utter contempt for DV victims but claims their resources and protection.
She despises victims. She couldn't even begin to hide her disgust for them.

They might try and pull some interviews with people involved in the case (Nick wants to get Camille though he admits its unlikely). Most of the people on the case will probably only go for big mainstream appearances affiliated with Hollywood culture but who really knows.

Nick is the only one who might be able to get somebody like Camile or Isac Baruch on, because he isn't just a flash in the pan and seems to have a much better grasp of how to get normie guests than the rest of them (probably because he has actual experience);

Hoeg is also losing subs and skimming the legalbytes subreddit they really hate his simping.

Interesting enough the reason Legalbytes gained a lot of popularity is because she had that one lady from the Rittenhouse team on her channel. My bet is on Emily Baker getting someone on. She has the mass appeal and is clean. Legalbytes lost her chance once Kurt dropped that joke and he wasn't shunned. The amount of roasties upset by that almost makes up for all his horrible behavior lately.

Nick has the least chance of having anyone on his channel. Everyone is on Depps side but remember him and his lawfirm are in Commifornia. If any of the people on Depps side appeared on Nick's stream they would be roasted alive for going on "the blackface lawyers" channel and that's before you get to his views on guns and abortion.

I agree that Emily has the best chance but I don't think any one from Johnny's side, lawyer or witness will be on any streams once this is over. As cool as Isacc is, that's a real life man not an internet man.

Nick already slowly and steadily grows his audience with his night shows. The daytime trials that give him big boosts like Rittenhouse and Depp just help funnel more people more quickly to those night time shows, but he's not entirely reliant on them like many others who only cover those daytime ones.

Personally, I'm curious to see what comes next. People said that there wouldn't be another Rittenhouse trial for him to cover that would bring in those huge numbers, and now obviously they're saying the same about the Depp v Heard one. While there's not likely to be another culturally significant 'do anything and get easy views' one like that for a while, there certainly can be other ones that pull in 30-50k viewers a day for him.

Of course she does. She's an abuser who justified her abuse with the idea that it was the victim's fault. You don't just drop that disdain and anger toward victims because yours got away and now you're pretending to be one.

Nick has probably one of the best chances of getting an interview with Camille, being that he's the most well established lawyer-slash-journalist covering the case, has some clout to pull because he's seen as the center of lawtube (despite him vehemently trying to get ejected from it) and he personally knows "That Umbrella Guy" - the last part will probably just add a bit of a chuckle and edge him out beyond the other comparable lawyers looking for interviews.

Nick's got a convincing daytime persona of being a legitimate lawyer-journalist, actually. Nobody cares about the blackface thing, nobody cares about which side of anime or video games or nerd whatever stuff he's on. He's not going to get anyone super big like Depp on because they don't appear without appearance fees and Nick doesn't pay his guests, but he could in theory get one of Depp's legal team on - lawyers have their connections. He got the z-list actor in California on his show, he gets normie lawyers, he can get someone like Isaac.

He got Kim Potter's lawyer who is a big name, at least professionally, in a national trial. I could see him pulling one of the lawyers, but wouldn't count on it.

Remember, despite the fact we know Nick is a drunken degenerate a couple scotches shy of trooning out and becoming a nekoshota catboy himself, he has an alarming ability to imitate a normal person when his BAC is under something like .20.
