Like Rekeita admits the stream is what he does and law is his side hustle at this point.
He practices but little enough and he seems to take cases pretty selectively. That said if he put the hustle into his practice as he does into his show he could probably be making reasonably good small town lawyer money without even having to live or work somewhere horrible.

I agree with nost of this but keep in mind, he's fat, balding(he really should just cut it off), around Nick's age with no wife/gf/kids, and most importantly (I've heard)autistic.

Factoring all that in you can see why he would be a bitter man. Doesn't excuse, just makes it understandable for me.

Have we heard any response from the rest of "lawtube" now that Nick has removed himself from it? Saw Joe did a stream with a bunch of people with a drawing of all of lawtube, didn't watch it though. Is lawtube finally leaving the nest?
He needs to lose 20 lbs, shave his Homer Simpson hair off, and maybe try for a 30 yo woman whom he doesn’t want to kill or punch after 5 hours of conversation. The autistic shit about kids should be a secondary thing, you’re 40 and reasonably well-off. Be a good uncle for your nephews and nieces or be a sugerdaddy to some white bitch have her shit out a few kids and then go hiking and push her off a cliff and then marry some South East Asian slut like Medicare.

Constantly Malding....err Kurt is streaming and is ranting about the lawtube shit. He even disabled the chat lmao.
THERE IS NO LAW TUBE. There some people I never considered even in law tube. BUT THERE IS NO LAWTUBE. Even if there certain groups that may be called law tube, those groups may not actually be a part of lawtube, BUT I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT LAWTUBE IS. Also MSM IS TOTES SEPERATING US LAWTUBERS.
Kurt can go fuck himself alongside Hoag now.

AFAIK, he only does cases pro bono now.
When did this change? He'd said previously he did things for lower than market value because he didn't even need the money. I haven't been watching much in the celeb/political bullshit cases that the show has been going in lately.

I know I'm late on the Lawtube 100 stuff but when i saw this it immediately made me think of Jesse PS. I don't know how to explain it but it feels like one of his attempts to try and invade a community, that didn't work of course as the target would have been Nick himself who wanted nothing to do with it.

IDK why you guys are so excited. He's always been a weird fag.

He finished up his last case earlier this year, but he's been phasing out law since at least 2020 as his main source of income. He did embezzlement lady pro-bono.

Pro-bono doesn't have to be full cases either. I had a professor who was a lawyer and taught a specific Eastern European country's law to master students once every 4 years to fill his pro-bono obligations. Iirc most states have some recommendation of 50 hours a year, so I would imagine teaching a course 3 hours a week for 14-16 weeks plus the time put into grading and designing the course work for those 4 years counts for a good chunk of hours.

That anecdote being said, Nick could probably count his homeschool teaching as pro-bono and drop cases overall.

I don't think he has a requirement to practice to keep his license or anything. Just do his "continued education" shit and pay his dues.

Nick's said on several occasions he's never taken a case to (jury) trial, and if it ever did, he'd refer the client to someone with trial experience.

All his work is not-so-flashy motion practice and occasional hearings in court.

So anyone remember what day and testimony it was where Hoeg Law got angry at a misread tweet that implied someone was selling Lawtube merch?

Starting to see some totally brand new lawyers pop into my youtube feed where they started making videos for Depp trial.

Only CLEs. He is not a part of the local bar, just the ABA, and that does not require dues.
No, he is definitely licensed in Minnesota. The ABA doesn't license shit, it is a national organization and lawyers are licensed at the state level.

Like I said, wasn't a requirement if you could read. It's usually just recommended by the state and sometimes you get benefits from it as an incentive

Fucking phone posting... I couldn't quote properly

I know nothing about LegalBytes woman to think her opinion means jack diddly shit, other than her services are in such demand she can fuck off for 6 weeks.
She lives outside of the US, so I'm not sure to what extent the trial would interfere with her "day job."

Membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association is not required to practice law in Minnesota. He is not a member of the MSBA.

From what I remember he's not doing the lawyer thing at all now that his youtube took off. He mentioned he finished up his last case earlier this year I think and it went really badly where he truly wanted to help his client but the judge fucked them both. It sounded like he just lost a lot of faith after that in the system.

IDK why you guys are so excited. He's always been a weird fag.
Maybe that's the fat bald ginger slob's strategy in court, he just acts so weird and gay that the jury is afraid he'll Deliverance rape them if they don't rule in his favor.
