Yes, I came across this dude like a month ago, his porn Twitter had all the AGP hits. He has a GoFundMe for not just life saving medical care but also to help pay for his tuition (for social work, if he goes back to college) and also to help finance his "sex work" (pretty sure that's just his porn Twitter) since he's on disability and can't work-work too much. Shot in Wilkinsburg area of Pittsburg. She was found on the streets dead. No suspects so we really don't know if this was just some shooting. If only we could do some research and see if Wilkinsburg is a rough part of town and maybe this is a typical night,'

So basically the story is someone was shot in a very violent part of a major city. This very well could have been a trans hate crime, but it probably was just someone getting shot in the ghetto.

Asked a friend who lives in Pittsburgh. Wilkinsburg is the one of the poorer communities of the area as they are surrounded by Pittsburgh but not actually a borough of the city so they do not a lot of funding. You can drive down the main road from a Trader Joe's and the Google office and take it 10 mins to Wilkinsburg and see burned and shuttered buildings. It's very run down and he suspects that this is just a black dude getting shot by another black dude.

I can't exactly remember who but I think it was @RandallBoggs who did a comprehensive breakdown of every trans "murder" in the US from 2009 or from 2021 and found that most are just accidents or unconfirmed that the victim was trans or a act of violent hate crime.
