I think that dalliance with being pansexual was purely a reaction to the reality of his nightmare genitals. Remember that awkward lunch he had with Sander where Jaron confessed he no longer wanted the "perfect pornstar vagina", he just wanted something that was close to functioning?

The goal was for Jazz to have a coinslot, meet a Cis Man and be a Whamin, poor "Sparkles" stumbled right off the block and had to scramble to make provisions.

I honestly think he just feels that women have less worth than men and would be more accepting of his junk, but that wasn't the case. Jaron has such a low opinion of women, it's crazy, but I suppose his mother told him that by taking tablets made of horse piss he would become one.

Did a quick Google. Jazz left Harvard for a “mental health sabbatical” and had to meet certain criteria to be let back in. He interned at a plastic surgery clinic and sat in on an operation (which is impressive, credit where credits is due) and now might be considering something in the medical profession.

Re: Jazz being straight or gay I think it's more simple than that - he's never been allowed to develop an adult sexuality due to puberty blockers and fucking with his development so it's rather irrelevant what he identifies as; Jazz is probably as close to an actual "asexual" as you can come. He talked about having no real sexual feelings during the whole transition process (which worried Bowers) and that he'd just meet "the right guy" and it would all suddenly resolve itself (VO: "it didn't"). He has the sexuality of a pre-teen child essentially.

Maybe Jazz would've turned out gay, maybe not. Maybe he still would've transitioned - but we'll never know because Jazz is ultimately a huge medical experiment.

I think it's true we all had that juvenile lovey-dovey stage that aligned with our future sexual orientation (like, in the most general terms possible), just not a sexuality. So Jazz might have strong Disney romance ideas, the idea of sex is a foreign country.
