I wouldn't call Bella a ween, insofar as she was a praetor associate, did have an online relationship with Chris for the better part of a year (what actually went on there is still somewhat unknown), Chris, predictably, lusted after her (another amusing love triangle where Fiona wanted Chris, Chris wanted Bella, Bella wanted Fiona), there's the stolen money, the continual trolling plans she had with Chris, the everfree plot she had started (chris was heading there, Fiona may have as well, etc). I usually call her a failtroll, because the shit she actually did was pretty petty and basic.

Love triangle with Fiona, Bella, and Chris is another amusing point unto itself, with predictable Chris like behavior in it. Chris was video chatting with Fiona, "had her" in the bag, but in typical fashion, he was also looking at his other options and Bella was one of them as well, with him seeming to be as horny, if not more, for her than for Fiona and Bella having to remind Chris of Fiona. Then you have a situation where it turns out that Bella is a lesbian and horny for Fiona, and Fiona has a fetish for lolcows, and you get an amusing thing like this.
The actual trolling plots that may have been more significant (everfree) didn't really manifest. From what I believe, she wanted to blackmail him with a sex tape with Fiona, and the perception that Fiona was underaged (she had just turned 18, though he didn't really know that).
The incest tape, and how badly she mismanaged that (and she completely fucked up with that falling into her lap) is how she got infamous online. Her digging the hole deeper herself, is what really fucked her.

The meta around Bella is the most interesting about her tbh. Its sort of the same kind of meta as liquid Chris in its own way. Just the batshit love triangle, the rabbit hole with her continuing to get deeper, the weird situation that Chris had somehow stumbled into, completely oblivious to the machinations going on behind the scenes, the notion that "his love quest could have actually ended with Fiona!" (doubtful, but its still amusing on how badly he fucked things up for himself there), Bella's own weird "discord cult", the notion that there is still a lot of unknowns with the incest tape (like the issue that it is actually hours long, and that we still only have an edited version), there's a lot of meta to the saga unto itself. It does make her a legitimate memorable part of the Chris chan story. A good troll, it does not though. Ween may be more appropriate, failtroll is what Ive called her.
