Very curious about the shooter; that's a pretty white neighborhood and the shooter was supposedly targeting a specific doctor.

Its not all that white, Tulsa is a weird place where you'll have wealthy houses on one street and the next street over you'll have the ghetto. There are some apartments down the street from that hospital that are regularly on the First 48, too.

My bet is a meth head but honestly who knows.
