This happens a lot to people in that industry I'm told, not always Russ level creep but boundary issues a lot of people are pretty fucking lonely or had broken homes so listening empathy and all seems like more to them.

I don't think he's running for office yet. His PACs just seem to be an extension of him whining to an authority figure about how things need to change because he's disabled.
Prepare for disappointment if you think Pipsqueak tries to run for any office. It's more likely he'll wait for any local libertarian or particularly dumb democratic candidate who shares the same views and donate to/endorse them. Honestly can you imagine Pipsqueak here trying to slurp out a speech at a rally or something?
