If Johnny Depp is smart hes viewed it as a sunk cost and got a discount with the lawyers and will transfer the debt to them so they can hound her about it.

Yes. You should believe all women who come forward with allegations of abuse. But that doesn't mean that belief should be unconditional and unchanging in light of contrary evidence or flat out being caught in lies. But they can't do that.

They can't take a step back on this one because that would be an admission that there were people who used that movement to satisfy their selfish needs for the spotlight or vengeance on a man who slighted them. And doing that means that maybe there were others they crucified because they were duped.

The lack of ability to critically think without emotion and their need to constantly eat their own in purity testing is why the left will continue to melt down.

Its not a stupid take of "both sides are bad" in the slightest here. All the abuse is on Ambers side. You must have not watched much of the trial the evidence is overwhelming and obvious with Amber admitting on tape to hitting him, and many of her lies debunked. Multiple recordings of Depp trying to disengage and leave and she won't let him. I'd say anyone with this take or leaning towards Amber must just read headlines because the evidence really was obvious and strong she was lying.

No, you shouldn't believe all women right off the bat for abuse. Innocent until proven guilty. Tons of women use this type of lie as a weapon against men.

If depps lawyers spent more time on it they probably wouldnt have even won that. They assumed a hoax was implied and that they could figure it out by those people refusing to show up at court and having different stories in the testimony. It was pretty obvious that countering her counterclaim was a secondary claim and what they did do was to reinforce that she made crazy exagerrated claims to reinforce their main suit. (Shes asking for 100 million dollars when that made no sense and the claim against her is she a liar and will lie for her self gain) Though honestly leaving a path forward for the hold out might be best.

Wasn't it Amber Heard herself who testified that all of social media disbelieved her and instructed the jury to 'go online and look it up about me'?

I think he fully believed that, so not malice.
I also think he was wrong on the specific part of trashing the apt before the 2nd lot of cops came, as shown by the bodycam footage. I think it was either done after that or on a different date.
He was bang on about it being a hoax perpetrated by them all, specifically the 21st May incident.

Btw, what do we know about who's paying what legal fees, anything? Or is that still to come on whatever the final date is?

Seriously, this is the exact same kind of behavior I remember back when I was in fucking high school which was damn near almost 20 years ago, back when Justine Bieber and only one Twilight book existed. The best part is that she emphasizes that the case was much easier for depp to win in the UK, yet he lost, and much harder in the US, yet he won. Lady, you're not making a good case for your skills as a lawyer, considering you only were there for the lost US case which apparently was much easier.

And the complaint of not being allowed to add psychologist reports of physical abuse as "medical evidence", as if any psych would ever question or check any damage in any medical way. Even if I knew nothing about the case this would perk my ears up and make me think there is more to it.

I'm not sure people really make that much from doing porn on OnlyFans. The thing that really makes people a ton of money is doing the referral program where the referring creator earns 5% of the person referred creator. And there are no limits on how many referred creators you can get a cut of the earnings from.

Which is why it became a big thing to brag about how much you were making on OnlyFans so that you could get people to use your referral link when signing up for their own accounts.

The women considered top earners end up becoming like mascots helping attract more lower level workers for the pyramid scheme or they do the weird team managed accounts that have legions of workers doing the private messages.
