The child is bound to have daddy issues galore even if the Vickers stop fucking with Ethan. His father is one of the most hated people on the internet, there's a record of him saying the most reprehensible shit imaginable, and to top it all off there's a fucking sex tape that he leaked of his mother and got convicted for. There is no chance in hell that Ralph and the Vickers will ever be on good terms so why even bring that up? In any normal family situation you'd be right, but that just is applicable here.

Its possible but you're giving them too much credit. most likely they just had a 1 hour discord call to plan the trip and thought that was already too much work for the week so they're skipping out on the rake back. Expecting PPP or andy to be productive or quick is just asking to be let down.
A father is who raises you, not who splooges you out. Ethan will never see that kid, he's done everything in his power to prevent it from happening. He doesn't give a fuck about Xander. Xander is also 1 years old and will have no clue wtf is happening. If they go out to dinner and have a good time and just acts as friends I don't see the harm. Sure it antagonizes ethan but he should be made to feel like a piece of shit for abandoning his first born child. While I don't agree with what the Vickers do on a regular basis, I don't see this being a big deal or harmful to the kid now, or in the future. Vickers just need to lumberjack their internet and live their lives privately, that won't happen. Ethan needs to setup a saving's account for his son he supposedly cares about so much and wants to support so badly, but I don't even think he can open a savings account since he doesn't even possess the proper identification and relies on pantsu's financials. He won't do that, because it's all about Ethan, he won't support Xander unless he can have him for 6 months out of the year or some other crazy demand. He's shown he can't be trusted to spend 24 hours with a child. He's already driving drunk and high on camera with the one that lives in the crackshack. So, whatever... all I know is we win.
