I think a Straight 1 to 1 comparison is kind of impossible, the world of 1930 and the world of 2020 are kind of night and day.

Hard Times are coming, but I don't think we are going to be able to make real guesses as to what those hard times look like. (but do get some spare foodstuffs)

That's the point. We don't live in a world where most people don't live in suburbs/cities and can't drive to work. Things were a lot more local when a lot of the population still had to ride on horseback or walk to get anywhere. We didn't have mega-cities or sprawling suburbs comparable to today nor did we have massive truck-delivery systems for keeping supplies up as-needed in supermarkets.

It's an asinine comparison to make to the world we live in now.

Kerosene, fertilizer, and gun powder are very cool when you mix it all together in Roblox. Roblox is a very good application full of many games that all of these politicians would like if they decide to STEP into this new world of a PAINFULLY good experience.

This isn't about taking away anyone's rights. It's about protecting children. It's about protecting families. It's about protecting whole communities. It's about protecting our freedom to go to school, to a grocery store, to a church without being shot and killed.

Now, obviously, you could argue it was his dictatorship which was made out of the hungry, out-of-work people, but he still had to put food on the table and money in pockets for people to keep supporting him throughout the years. The fact Joe Biden (or the people running the show behind the scenes) can't even contemplate doing that should be telling.
