I suspect their relationship lasts as long as Chris Ray Gun continues to ignore Anisa's thirst for him or she finds her next Chris to fixate on. If Chris had at any point responded to Anisa's flirtations Ian would have been dumped instantly but Chris clearly isn't into Anisa and never will be. Maybe Anisa will find someone else to fixate on, but the relationship with Ian is firm until she finds her next favourite person and has a chance at grabbing them. Ian does well at blowing smoke up her ass and her him so it's mutually beneficial for now. Ian on the other hand might get lucky now that Lily Singh is single, maybe him sucking up to YouTube and trying to be less "problematic" means Lily will give him the time of day now. But this would require him to go out and interact with another human being and not scare them away.
