I think the Nazi Party would have likely continued their reign after Hitler’s death. Assuming they’ve won, I imagine whatever infighting would occur would be much the same as that which occurred in the USSR after Stalin’s death.

Do I think this would be a net positive for the populations of the UK or US? No. I think it would have ramped up leftist feelings in the US in response to an adversarial far-right enemy. That’s not better.

I think things would have progressed pretty much the same, slightly different history classes, movies about how bad soviets were instead of how bad nazism was, instead of Churchill saving us from Hitler it's Hitler saving us from Stalin, etc. etc.

Nazism would have become less strict in the same way American culture became less strict, teenagers in the 70s would have rebelled against nazism in the same way teens in the 60s and 70s rebelled against the dominant culture in our realm.

History shows that any kind of massive and violent conquest like the Nazis conquering Europe was and would be is unsustainable and pretty rapidly crumbles. It's easy to take land, but it's hard to keep it. If we assume that the Nazis win the war, that wouldn't deal with the various rebellions in subjugated lands and the general discontent that would be rife throughout the now conquered lands. Adolf Hitler ruled as the charismatic head of the efforts, which means as soon as he faltered the entire government would falter with him. It's somewhat rare for such a conquest to survive even to a single heir. Like Alexander the Great and Mohammad, as soon as Hitler died or lost power the people beneath him would fight amongst each other and tear the New German Empire apart even without considering the various freedom movements and rebellions that would be happening simultaneously.

Many more Jews would die before that happened, various other minorities and enemies of the state would also be killed, which would almost certainly prevent Israel from being re-formed in any kind of timely manner and allow the Palestinians to strengthen their grip on the area further, provided someone didn't run them off and claim the area for themselves. It might stymie some scientific advancement, but the Nazis were very scientifically motivated as their advancement showed their superiority - they simply filtered what science was and wasn't allowed to exist, so it wouldn't stop scientific advancement entirely but it would lopside it a bit.

America would be mostly unaffected, except that our media would likely switch back from demonizing Hitler to a more neutral stance again as we'd likely withdraw from the war entirely once Japan had been defeated and Europe fell. It's ultimately not our problem who runs Europe, and makes more sense to be friendly to its current ruler (even as they likely secretly support rebels they feel will be effective and sympathetic toward the US) than try waging a war against a massive empire that's currently otherwise leaving us alone.

In the modern day, very will likely have changed in the US. Some cultural references will look different, depending on whether we still developed nukes first and whether MAD was still a thing we might be missing certain things like Terminator - if Japan isn't nuked then Godzilla and the kaiju genre won't exist - and we probably won't have as close ties with certain European countries like the UK. More people might speak German, but it's unlikely that German would become the 'primary' language of the world because of how short-lived the Nazi Empire would have survived and the fact that the US will likely still have been left alone. It'll mostly just be cultural stuff that changes, like our opinion on war, imperialism, and whatever fiction is made.

Europe would be more heavily effected by it, as they'd likely become much more stalwart about sovereignty and freedom, Germany itself would likely end up no longer existing and instead breaking up into smaller pieces that later got absorbed into surrounding countries.
