He gets absolutely livid when people treat him like everyone else. He flat out said in his AGT suit that Marathon violated the ADA because they treated him like everyone else. He believes that the ADA mandates special treatment. He tunes out anyone telling him anything he doesn't want to hear, so even if someone did try to explain why he's wrong, it wouldn't register with him.
I'm honestly a little impressed that Swift's agent called Russ personally. I would have expected that he would be ignored completely, but it seems he had actual email and telephone correspondence with the agent.

He followed his now standard pattern of frantically emailing her agent to explain, so the agent took the time to explain why what Russ wanted wasn't possible due to legal issues. Russ didn't understand, and still doesn't understand that singers don't accept unsolicited works due to the potential for copyright violation lawsuits. He thinks unsolicited polices exist solely to keep people (namely him) from breaking into the "biz." Russ claimed the agent was rude and insulted him. He posted the voicemail the guy left. He was very polite. But Russ interprets telling him no as being rude and insulting. You can be as nice as possible, you can patiently explain why you can't (not won't) give him what he wants. He'll still claim you were rude and yelled at him.
Any relationship he'd be in she'd be the one in charge. All she has to do is close her legs and he'd do anything to get between them again.

And that shows he doesn't even understand what the ADA does. It doesn't create some privileged class of "disabled" who automatically have special powers and can go around committing crimes. It prevents discrimination because of a disability when the disability itself is irrelevant to the employment.
The agent was polite but firm. What Russ wanted simply wasn't possible then or now unless Congress changes copyright law (they won't).
