I really want to know more about what he thinks happened during that particular indecent, I am of the opinion young Chris chimped out started getting angry and smashing up the room kicking, biting and lashing out at the teachers etc and for his own safety they restrained him till he calmed down and the recording they made was either already going on as part of a assessment or something they did when a teacher / student where alone to prevent any claims of impropriety or as evidence in this case that Chris should be in a special school.

My guess is he doesn't even really recall what happened and just goes off what he was told by Bob and Barb happened. He has always been far too consistent with his description and comes off as it's something he has been told as a fact, and it doesnt match up with how he really recalls events he can recall, and he fills in the blanks he does have in the sotry with what he's seen on TV / Cartoons and Games as fighting, because even in the late 80's and early 90's a grown adult a teacher non the less wouldn't under any circumstances use a choke hold on a young child having a tantrum.
