That's what I'm thinking, they let him stay in his room but he was banned from the con grounds so he never actually went to BLFC. He can technically say he went there, but he didn't really.

Rioley said he was using his con money for the tattoo, and the tattoo shop he went to is in Oakland. So did he go to BLFC after all? I can't believe he would have been so shy about pics all things considered.
Anyway, he got his sisters tattoo done (while awkwardly posing in his wheelchair) when he should have spent that money on a deep condition and haircut to make that dreadlock on his head more manageable. I get not being thrilled to cut your hair if it means a lot to you, but if you're so chronically ill that you can't be arsed to brush your hair Rioley, you need to cut it off as a matter of personal hygiene lest you get scalp sores and stuff my dude.
