I read a report somewhere saying 80% malware originate from Discord and 99% crypto-scams are executed from Discord.
Truly one of the worst thing to ever exist on the interwebs, after ERC-20.

Just me personally, I've gotten dozens of invites that lead to some server shilling a crypto scam.
I've also been invited to servers where some Indian guy is selling modafinil and it was legit. Kind of a toss up

To expand that: It's because our court system doesn't have a "innocent" finding. It is either guilty or not guilty. You're presumed innocent until you're found guilty, so there's a bit of implication there (which is where the confusion comes in.) For anyone wondering.

There's no implication of innocence at all. If you are not guilty, that simply means the state did not meet the burden of proof required to find you guilty. That says nothing about whether the defendant is innocent or not.

The implication comes from the fact a person, in the US, is innocent until proven guilty. If you're found not guilty, then you're innocent. It's not a legal ruling in the US, but there's the implication there. You can't be found innocent, but not guilty can imply you are.
