Ah I was being hyperbolic - I think you're technically correct that the folks he wouldn't leave his room for were random, but there WAS a visit from Wedge and Neck fairly recently where they were in town but Kevvy didn't go see them or something like that.

Man, now I feel bad for saying that Kevin's public declaration of "it's my fault, I was a bad partner" was a transparent ploy to have others tell him he's perfect so he could try to avoid narcissist injury as he shifted his way back to blaming everyone else, refusing to learn and refusing to change his behavior. This is what I get for thinking I could ever understand the complex mentality and elaborate thought processes of the Queer Vanguard.
I'm just afraid I'm never going to learn my lesson or change my behavior.

I think he's missing why "I" statements are important. They're communication: I want this to happen, I feel like this, and I hope we can are fine statements. If Wedge explained it to Kevin as "I want more time with you, I feel like I never get to see you when I reach out to you, and I would like to find a way with this or I am tired of it" it would be fine, but Kevin would still be calling up Wedge and begging him even if it was all Kev's fault.
He also missed an important part: not making this about you doesn't mean burying your emotions, it means LOOKING AT YOUR ACTIONS TO SEE HOW YOU HURT SOMEONE ELSE AND REFLECTING ON THAT. The problem with that is tbat he would have to think and reflect, two words he doesn't want to do and would rather be told directly on it, which he would then brush off as a concern like he did here.
He has proven that he deserves to be dumped.

It’s truly incredible that he’s willing to just post all this out there for his thousands of followers to see. Even ignoring his complete lack of self-awareness, it just seems like he’s over-sharing. I guess in Kevin’s mind, he’s so important that he feels obligated to update his followers? It’s so insanely narcissistic, which is a word that really seems to have lost its meaning in recent years. It’s really just pure narcissism, which also ties in to the fact that he must somehow think that this makes him look good, or at least neutral in all this. The bit at the end about how he wouldn’t do this to anyone else he is or will be dating is hilarious too. This is absolutely insane, one of the best KGIU updates in a long time.

He really just wants his followers to help AFFIRM that it's not his fault and WedgeNeck were the bad ones. He's even trying to cast them out of the KGIU while publicly going "don't do anything to them!" It can be hard not to read it as yet again another abuser using the language of victims to get others to view someone they're having a dispute with as abusers while publicly proclaiming their superior morality by feigning acceptance of blame and acting like their followers will all rush to defend Kevin so he needs to warn them off from this. (Even if his followers actually are probably stupid and malign enough to do this.)
My main complaint with this last part is that abuse usually requires effort and I've seen no proof that Kevin can actually do any effort. I get that he thinks tweeting is trying but still...
The funniest part is definitely that Kevin was probably the one closest to putting in the actual amount of effort that such a "relationship" deserves from an objective point of view. That's part of why I've been suspecting that WedgeNeck's actual transgression may have been simply asking Kevin to be a better friend and pointing to the "relationship" as a kind of LOOK YOU SAY THIS BUT YOU DO THIS type of tactic and Kevin being Kevin may have forced them into an ultimatum about the "relationship" which Kevin being Kevin he was unable to recognize could be easily handled with some vague promises and a small amount of effort that may have led WedgeNeck to realize that he's Kevin.
The speculation earlier that WedgeNeck had been blown off by Kevin, like say over months or something, and then Kevin goes to the UK certainly seems like it fits as an inciting event. Kevin claiming COVID, anxiety, The Cis, NO SPOONS, etc. then hopping to a foreign country almost fits too perfectly as a hypothesis.

He talks about how he has no filter because he'll keep ruminating on his thoughts at night and needs an outlet for anxiety driven obsession on them. It's a bad coping mechanism because it leads to this dumbassery. Feeling secure is one thing, asspats are another.
Kevin can be toxic without actively being abusive. A corrosive puddle, if you will. Won't go out of his way to chase you, but if you're close enough you might just get burned.

Kevie got someone to lick his AM HOLE, something I'm fairly certain isn't going to happen ever again and Wedgie got someone willing to pay him relatively large sums of money and pay for his trip even if it's ultimately to fuck another john. I don't think he's going to have such willing degenerates after losing his dick.
