This vid is a perfect analogy for trans as a whole. Even the ones that might fool ya when scrolling by their picture without paying much attention completely fall apart once you see them move; stripped of all their fancy angles, filters and staging.

All the operations, the complications, the pain, the pissing in a bag for months, the scarring, the life on medication…to end up with that. I’d say it was tragic, but as the saying yet again goes, play stupid games, win stupid prizes - in this case a foot-long flopsausage that is useless for anything except maybe pissing out of (badly).

So many troons, especially the FTMs, are either schizos or in a manic bipolar episode. I've seen several detrans regrets where they were upset that it was all too easy to get prescribed HRT and surgery and then they only get diagnosed with the psychotic disorder after they did permanent damage.

But the WPATH bumobclaat doesn't really have any rules like "if the person has a psychotic disorder they need to be on medication for a while before they can discuss surgery". They really need to require a letter from a psychiatrist and not just therapists/counselors/social workers. But that'd cut out many of their customers patients. And the healthcare industrial complex makes more money doing the surgery and then having the troon in and out of psych wards as they spiral into madness, vs someone who keeps it under control with a low dose of one of the milder antipsychotics/mood stablizers and doesn't get the dick inversion or teet yeet and just sees their psychiatrist every other month to get a refill.

There’s no medication for borderline, which is what a lot of these people have. You can treat a schizo, but when having an unstable identity is a key aspect of the disease, that’s a lot harder to get them to stop being a troon.

Maybe one of our resident surgeons can explain the placement of the surgical guide markings in her thigh there. Why is the tissue not being taken from the part that has been expanded or the part where the expansions could easily be rejoined to leave a line scar? They put tissue expanders in, and then the chunk they’re removing appears to be right where it’s neither the expanded tissue OR the bit where you could pull the expanded tissue back over. She will still have horrific scarring. And probably loose tissue as well.

I sometimes think of the stupid tattoos I wanted to get done in my twenties and thanks god I never had the money. Imagine being enabled by adults to have irreversible surgeries that sterilize you at that age. I'm just talking about the ones that do it because they were manic and/or psychotic.
BPD, I've seen a couple of people improve on medication, but most are a total mess. If a person with BPD knows they have BPD and is able to not develop a substance abuse problem, they're usually able to start improving in their late 20s, which is also when trans regret often starts.

"Fortunately" for people with BPD, they usually go no further than the enby phase and change their names, pronouns, sexual orientation, and hair color every few months. The ones who do go through with surgery will 41%.

Actually, I have to say, I'm relieved to see someone under 30 creating art based on realism vs drawing in that cartoonish SJW art style.

I probably wouldn't have bothered posting addresses, etc. if I had discovered them myself, as this isn't some person who is a major public nuisance or anything.

Claiming this was "the ugly twin" just creates more justification for self-butchery for every awkward teenaged girl out there. People's bodies change in adolescence and adulthood-- some of the high school beauty queens in my graduating class look horrific now, while some of us more normal or awkward girls are hot in comparison.

in a real penis, around 1/3 of it is taken up by the urethra. as we saw in the urethrograph post awhile back, the "urethra" in these things varies in size greatly, with most of them having a very small diameter. you can also see how fucking huge the male urethra is on a lot of the amholes in this thread. The erectile tissue on either side of the urethra take up most of the other 2/3rds of the diameter of the shaft. The glans of the penis provides more structure as well. there isn't anything to use to copy any of these structures, so you end up with a jello dong made of skin tubes.

There are tons of medications for borderline, but it isn't like bipolar or schizo people who can do well with medication only. Therapy is absolutely required. The MAOI inhibitor meds, that interact with fucking everything (including fucking CHEESE) are often the most effective medication available for borderlines. The medications only help them avoid spazzing out about every little thing, it doesn't give them a stable identity or a nuanced view of events, which they need to build a life worth living. Most of them have substance abuse problems that either interact with meds or render them less effective. there is a lot working against them but getting on a med and staying w/it greatly increases the chances of living a relatively normal life. Recovery is pretty rare for them to begin with, but other cluster b disorders don't have any recovery at all.

If I had to bet money on a majority diagnosis for troons, I would honestly pick autism. Before trooning out got popular: borderline (for women) and NPD (for the fellas) would have been my bet.
