You’re going to tell me she “went over your art” aka clear raceplay smut, saw the numerous entitled attitudes in his tweets and thought it would be a good idea to redraw them but in a slightly less overtly racist style? let’s be honest, she’s still using cultural stereotypes as the basis of her redesigns minus the black one (not to say this is bad, it’s just stupidly hypocritical: “your stereotyping is mean but mine is fine”). Call me a skeptic but maybe it has to do with his main tweet blowing up in controversy or some shit like that. Point is, even I know Twitter/tumblr art fags get uppity over characters being copied, redrawn, redesigned and stolen. The nicey act is 1000% fake.

Yeah, internet artists are passive-aggresive in general. Regardless, being fake nice is a smidge better than taking on a "I'm gonna fix this racist art in the name of love, fuck you" tone and actually directly replying instead of subtweeting or some shit as a small account is way less petty than it could be.

There is a difference, here we’re not pretending to be overly nice while calling their work shit or essentially saying we can do better. This in itself doesn’t matter since if He decided to be more of a douche and redesign hers into a raceplay harem shit then I would see that as winning a stupid prize. When CSA did a video on the artist above, that was scummy because of how she unfairly presented the art style when her own is equally as shit.
Passive aggressiveness is clear to see and I just found it funny that her own resign was essentially the same dress steotypes but with lighter and less harsh skin tones. It’s the same shit but with a more palatable swatch.

I don't wanna derail the thread too much with this type of debate, but is any type of art that depicts a race in traditional dresswear inherently stereotypical, and thus racist? I personally find her redesigns to be more respectful to the cultures. I mean stereotypes exist for a reason, they aren't necessarily bad. It's weird to act like none of those races would ever wear anything similar to that.

White, Skinny fat, 5'7 or lower, thick-rimmed glasses, pudgy face, blondish-brown bowlcut hair, bad posture, and generally smells bad.

It’s the fact that she considers his work stereotypical yet essentially copies what he does but tones down the skin tones. Depicting traditional dress isn’t racist. I’m hardly acting like this is unusual after all she cited his drawing as “mean” (not myself.) because of stereotypes which is fair provided you aren’t going to follow his basis which she did when she redrew the whole thing. Granted she didn’t give the Asian character chinky eyes like he did but maybe that’s because she draws eyes spastically huge like dollygutz. She hardly modernised them or did something different.

Baarag doesn't give a shit what's on their site. Twitter might give a shit, but I don't think he actually uploaded any of that onto Twitter so you might have a hard time reporting him for that. As far as I know, Twitter hasn't implemented a "shit you put on other websites will affect you here" like Patreon has.

Except the main reason he said this was because people were calling him out for being a creep, he frequently harassed people who so much as insulted him, and he drew the OCs of people that didn't give him attention either on pikes or getting raped by his Geometria king OC. In other words, he more or less created the entirety of his infamy all by himself. It's not quite as empowering or influential as he tries to make it out to be.
