I rate optimistic for it being real and not an advanced troll but that being said, it is kind of hard for me to understand why, especially considering all the adverse effects and high risk of there being zero feeling, the option of using medical silicone prosthetic isn't on the table.
I mean something not unlike an ear prosthetic.
Aren't there dildos with moving "foreskin" that are as close to the real thing as possible? Add a hole into one that could serve as an extension of urethra, with regular cleaning, maintenance it would only need replacing every now and then, with proper attachment points it would probably be relatively simple too, hell, have it vibrate the clitoris during an intercourse.
Compared to TiMs, TiFs have an option of getting a permanent (if they really need it), near perfect, made to size mimic of the real thing that can be attached and detached as needed (swap the floppy for the full erect as needed), possibly with the balls serving as a reservoir for that cum lube shit camwhores use.
Everything about TiFs is just so beyond fucked up, there are so many options that wouldn't involve fucking up your body to a horrific extent while essentially getting the same if not a better experience and for far cheaper.

They do that though. Big toes are the gold standard for thumb replacements if the original thumb can't be reattached. Unlike SRS, it's actually functional and doesn't require a lifetime of maintenance.

A single digit does not make an entire arm, and it is functional. What I meant was more along the lines of reconstructing an entire arm, from the elbow by using various tissues from the leg irreversibly damaging it when it isn't really required because that is far closer to SRS. Also, thumbs are kinda important so I'd say it's a good deal.
I just feel like pointing out that people who lose limbs are far more likely to go with zero-feel and some practical function prosthetic rather than risking zero-feel, zero-use experimental transplants or random tissues.

Super, duper late but if penis transplants ever go mainstream, I'm willing to bet most men would remove themselves from the donor registry. For sane men, the mere thought of losing their penis is terrifying, and I imagine that fear still applies even post mortem. I'm sure every dude can sympathize with other dudes who lost their dicks to injury or disease, but I'm fairly certain the vast majority of penis owners would prefer to be buried/cremated with their penises still firmly attached. A tiny percentage of men might be ok with donating their cocks to fellow men in need of one, but TIFs are absolutely retarded if they think that includes them. Hell, MTF troons wouldn't even consider donating their penises to Aidens because then they'd have nothing to invert and shove into their taint holes.
Personally, I would prefer to meet my maker with all of my organs fully intact, but if my heart or lungs could save someone's life, take them.
