The left side of his face is visibly sagging, which is a common post-stroke symptom. If you look at enough photos of him where he is "relaxed" and not mugging for the camera it becomes really noticeable.

He might have had a "silent stroke" and not even noticed (yes, this does happen pretty regularly in the US), which likely did happen to Boogie since he doesn't use it for pity parties.

He's strangely selective about what he attempts to elicit a pity party with. He rarely talked about his decayed coke teeth either (until he had something lined up to have them removed - at which point he was near giddy to share pictures of them after the removal). He has however attempted to explain it once or twice, but he just lies about it and has provided multiple conflicting stories, including a dog attack and physical abuse from his parents being causes.

As others have said, at Boogies size he doesn't really need to exercise at all. When you're that obese any caloric cut from the norm and you're going to lose weight fast. He could go from 450 to 350 in 6 months if he pulled back 25-50% of his normal caloric input, which to maintain that weight is probably in the 5000-6000 calories a day range, so even half that is still a lot of calories, but it would work. And no Boogie it's not about eating raw lettuce, its literally just cut caloric intake and count calories. They can be any calories.

He's doing the gym thing ( I use doing loosely as I doubt he's doing it for real) for affirmation and attention. You don't stop 48 years of bad habits this drastically, often people just burn out after a few weeks, like Boogie does anytime he gets amped up to change. He's just going to aggravate some chronic injury most likely his knees or back, lose motivation and give up for pushing too hard.

Put an ounce of work into research and planning Boogie. I guess thats hard for him since his brain is thinking about porn and how to get the next dopamine hit from attention.

Boogie tweeting pseudo-inspirational bullshit like he is today is really perplexing.

This guy doesn't have a diagnosis. He's constantly flip-flopping on shit and apparently throughout "35 years of therapy" doesn't know what's wrong with him. He claims to have anxiety, PTSD, "big polar", ,"childhood onset PTSD", Munchausen by proxy, social anxiety, depression, and "obsessive compulsive eating disorder", something that does not exist.

I think it's obvious that Boogie does not have anxiety. Of any form. He doesn't get panic attacks, he doesn't worry what other people think of him, he doesn't mind driving across the country, being the center of attention in huge crowds, or being half-nude in hotel lobbies. He's a narcissist. That's it. He has narcissistic personality disorder.

He has no room to be talking about improvement because he doesn't want to improve. He has been on a "weight loss journey" for decades and is still eating ice cream and not giving a shit about doing it at all. He doesn't want help, it's annoying as fuck that he pretends like he's even trying at all.

It was refreshing when he told his audience to go fuck themselves for asking why he wasn't trying, it was one of the few times his mask came fully off. "I like eating food, I'm not going to stop, eat shit."
