The rock of an octorock is either from an accumulation of minerals injested by the creature (which could make them very nutricious) or the rock is a stray piece of earth grabbed by the creature with it's suction. Either way, you're probably going to get an alright meal if you already didn't mind eating octopi. I don't like em.
