I really like it a traditional Dirndl suits her well.
Especially the one with no flowers or accessories it looks natural. The blazer one aswell.

Colors are very muted. I expected something a little bit louder and less subtle from the birb like this;

Note: I'm not a fashion expert. I mean more the overall impact, not the specific design. This might not be 'Dirndl' enough, for all I know

Fortune teller will be doing a touchpad endurance of getting over it, but I suspect it won't take too long considering her past life had a sub-10 minute time before, went the whole nine yards and did 50 clears.
Small side note unrelated to Getting Over It
Apparently Honma Himawari helped her a bit with her stream setup looks like (通常配信 according to google text grab, normal delivery according to MTL, which I assume is regular stream, and thus setup help of it). Just sharing since it piqued my interest when I saw a Niji pop up, I guess Lapis was keeping in touch with various people behind the scenes?

this thread talking about vidya is almost as bad as /v/...

Never played it but i know for sure its online only and has no modding community at all, but genshin also has rules against modding so maybe no one tried, if cover allows/is neutral on the topic you may see some people make model mods and stuff
you still need a local client unless you're willing to stream multiple gigabyte per session (either video or temporary client) and have the connection fuck with your gameplay, not to mention (mobile) data caps.

Ok they are so going for the sort of "Genshin Impact" sort of look and feel. Menus looks close and the whole world itself is fairly close as well. Fair play though, looks like the made quite some progress since last time they showed anything off now. I remain hopeful they will pull this off somehow.
hololive is mostly the default anime style. unless you have your very own distinctive style like kyoani or akira toriyama it all looks very similar. it would be like saying "genshin is going for the SAO look and feel"

tbh i don't quite like that it's an asset flip, the hololive cast looks so out of place and like they're mocap'd into the cutscenes, i hope they settle for a more unified art style that fits into the world, because while this is an improvement over what little we've seen before it still looks like a tech demo with a generic vaguely fantasy setting. say what you will about genshin, but that game oozes design and style
animations look a bit too janky and stiff for mocap, either they animated it by hand because they figured none of it makes it into final game/needs to overhauled anyway and it was cheaper and faster, or they reduced the mocap to extreme levels which wouldn't make much sense.

Game still looks like a janky unity game, but it's still in development so we'll have to wait more. My other question is, I know they said it's a MMO but does that mean we will see massive amount of people everywhere or only in the town sections where the girls will hold events and stuff for people to gather at?
genshin runs on unity, just saying (as do a fuckload of games most people don't know since the pro version doesn't have a mandatory splash screen).
"MMO" can mean anything, even if several hundred people only interact with a shared market npc it's technically still "massive multiplayer". it's more a marketing buzzword than strict definition these days.

I assume it will be like dragon quest builders and/or some more survival/build stuff with some holo events and VN sections sprinkled in, like cooking with haachama etc., probably some live service stuff where they release more so people come back. doubt they gonna go the full gatcha route where your whale for your oshi, because that only works if they can constantly put out new whalebait in characters that affect gameplay via powercreep. they could do variants/costumes of those but it wouldn't necessarily have the same "pull", not to mention would be a pain in the ass in the long run - imagine you'd have a SSR rushia and they want to memory hole her.
TLDR: they probably keep the player/holo interaction limited in a more controllable way.

I'd wish Cover would focus their efforts in making their own sorta VR Chat. A platform where, eventually, they could organize concerts the way Cinderella Switch was. You'd pay a fee (or not) and enter a hall with thousands of fans. As its VR you could enhance the experience by giving everyone first row POV (by pressing a button or something) even if your avatar is somewhere in the very back of the hall. You know gimmicks like that. This would enable meet and greets of some sort of as well.

Eventually they could use this software for other Vtuber companies to rent/buy/use.
vrchat only works because of how open and borderline illegal (in copyright terms) it is. no corp is gonna allow that amount of freedom for obvious reasons, so you'd end up with the nip version of facebook's metaverse.
you also couldn't render thousands of different characters as audience, even less in VR where you need to hit a certain framerate before you puke your guts out. that's why the rest of the audience is a black silhouette.

their job ads however were talking about "virtual space", so they might be working on some bits. they could easily do a prerecorded haachama cooking live or noel asmr for people to never leave.

EDIT:
or if you don't wanna wait just grab the appropriate mod and go HAM:
still blown away by the production value that game has

I didn't expect Feesh out of all NijiEN to do some cultural twitter asspatting. Enna, balance this out by talking about how Taiwan number one.
You picked the one girl with Mainland blood out of all of them.

Nijis new money maker made a cameo in this vid at the timestamp 19:31 as meme response to micro transactions
Clemps has been hanging out in a lot of the Niji chats for months now. I'm guessing that he's waiting for one of the ENs to play FF9 so he can unload his knowledge splooge on them.
