I think you're giving them way too much credit. You got someone who is literally a nobody to her telling her to stop associating with a real-life person she knows. Putting her in the awkward position in the middle of a stream completely unrelated to anything in the contents of the super chat and also topping it off by putting words in her mouth, all while it being a red super chat, so she probably feels like she was forced into reading it.

There are many things to criticize Mori about in that whole debacle, but being pissed over that autistic superchat is not one, from my perspective.

Nobody would advise them to file an actual lawsuit, because the use of the VSHOJO mark is a nominative use, and no consumers would be confused, and the mark would not be diluted by identifying Froot as a member of V-Shojo. Only a complete fucking retard would try to file a lawsuit on these facts.

However, based on what was filed with Youtube, it looks like V-Shojo hired a complete fucking retard, so I am looking forward to where this is going.

Edit: Did a little more digging, they definitely have not filed a lawsuit, because ZeroFOX is not a law firm, and James C. Foster is not a lawyer.

This is May 2020. It is a few months before she debuted as Hololive's #1 detective, so that means there's only a few people who ever saw these sets and we're lucky even this much survives.
