Looks like he was teetering on the edge of 468k subscribers. It'd be more accurate to say that subs dipped to <468k... the increment (for a channel his size) is 1k subs, but the number of actual gained or lost subscribers is probably way less than that. It'd show that he lost 1k subs if he went down to 467999, then he gains a few the next day and it'd appear to go back up by 1k. In fact it could just be a few subscribers though.
