Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

I think the precise diagnosis was schizotypal personality disorder. The shoe fits, as far as I'm concerned.
I would also like to point out that personality disorders, although a genuine medical condition have little effect in the leniency of most courts since having a personality disorder does not mean that you're incapacitated and unable to appreciate the difference between right and wrong; it just means that you have maladaptive coping skills, which is more likely your parent's fault.

By the way, in regards to what I posted earlier, I was curious about this bit near the bottom of the report:

>2. With regard to his violent sexual fantasies that involve both adults and minors, it is recommended that a comprehensive psycho-sexual evaluation be conducted as soon as possible. It is recommended that a residential treatment center be considered due to the violent nature of his thoughts.

Did they follow through on the psycho-sexual evaluation? If so, has it been released publicly and archived?

If Nick is as uncooperative as everyone is predicting, I can see the prison just deciding to keep him heavily medicated.

And if he doesn't want to take his meds, well, it's prison. Thorazine is an option.

This is pretty much the most realistic prediction of what's going to happen to Nick in prison, folks. As well as the most realistic description of what has already happened to him. Heavily sedated, probably not located in general population, and miserable, but not a spectacle.

Yeah, everyone is just guessing what "will" happen to him and seem to be ignoring that he is in jail now, in a facility that doubles as the prison. We don't even need to "predict" how he will fare. Whatever he'll go through in custody, he is already going through it :heart-full:

He made a video where he rubbed poo on his genitals to "prove" that he's impotent because he couldn't achieve an erection even though he's a coprophile.

Actually he tried to prove that the feces on AO´s butt would not have stopped him to molest her.
There are chat-logs where he confessed to his crime (in these he said that he could not go further with AO because of the feces), and later tried to tell an officer who had seen the logs he was lying.
So he "proved" his innocence with masturbating with poo to show that he likes scat. That he was not able to get a boner was due to his medication. Because the feces would not have stopped him.

You have to understand there's facts about this case we don't (and won't) know that make it even worse than you're describing. This is just from Saul Goodman's thankfully-nebulous report on AO's testimony during the initial hearings.

Someday, whatever his just sentence (yes, he's vile and ought to rot in hell), Nick will return to twitter, and pollute the world with updates about TMBG, his shit, the buttholes of innocents, and his "wife." I look forward to it, though I may miss it. And all ya'll, however much you deny it and go through the easy motions of morale outrage, ya'll look forward to it too.

This isn't being aloggy but I don't think he will physically or mentally make it in prison.

Seeing as he was diagnosed with schizotypal personality disorder and a long history of social anxiety, it's definitely going to be difficult for him. That personal hell for him, will be probably the worst part. Being forced to have to conform and listen to authority, let alone showering.

The only solace I could see him getting, is isolation cells for a limited time until he realizes their is no entertainment, or even limited social interaction. Regardless of what people think up, as wishes or punishments. Those facts alone, to a long history case will be hell for him. If he was paranoid in his house, imagine the fears he will have in prison.

In the end its justice well served.

Nick graduated high school, although he cannot recall the exact year. He thinks it was 2008 or 2009.<<

HOW could you not remember that?! I mean I know it's nick, but...

Probably because he doesn't want to remember - if I recall correctly from one of the other threads, he wanted to fail at high school but, to his annoyance, he graduated... So he "failed at failing".

Nick is not going to be institutionalised. People overestimate how mentally ill inmates are treated. Most of them are basically sedated in prison only if they're completely out of control; the rest are basically ignored and serve time loke everyone else.

Nick will not be institutionalized in lieu of imprisonment, but there is a very high chance he will be institutionalized rather than releasing him if he survives his sentence.
