I have mixed feelings about using the word "grooming" to describe what's going on with the trans community, I don't feel that it's accurate especially since it has such a strong sexual abuse connotation, but I guess "bullied ideologically" doesn't hit the same way. Many terfs describe their handmaiden days/pre-peaking days as "being groomed by the trans cult" but it's more accurate to say that they were in an echo chamber (twitter/tumblr) and as a result were never shown alternative ways of thinking. It's mostly the MTF spaces that do weird sexual shit like grooming boys into wearing skirts because of their femboy/twink fetishes that is just pedo behavior and when TIF and TIM spaces collide the TIFS complain about getting sexualized by TIMS. I even have my own hangups around the word "cult" to describe the trans movement and spaces since it's so decentralized, they're making up shit as they go along or they're letting viral memes and posts influence their own image not to mention there's no central figurehead.

Eventually the researchers caught on to the fact that people might not have been altogether honest and started carrying out tests including phallometry and eye-tracking... and the ratio of homosexual men shot up to 4%. The 1 in 20 has since been repeated across cultures and populations. Bisexual men were found to be actually much, much rarer than homosexual ones. The vast majority of men are aroused by either women or men, not both.

EDIT: I wanted to add that the "10% LGBT!" is obviously disingenuous, because it generally counts same-sex sexual contact anyone may have had prior to the age of 19 as proof of bisexuality, even though the individual displays exclusively heterosexual behavior in adulthood. Like if two middle-school boys engaged in one single session of mutual masturbation, they would be included in this statistic.
