Genuinely curious to see what running a gay white man does to the black vote.

Your average black dude who hasn't been to church since 2005 is more homophobic than your average weekly churchgoer.

Is there a way to find intra-quarter GDP data? I'd wanna see evidence that we're heading toward another quarter of negative growth before claiming that.

Technically 0.0% would mean recession. Recession is two consecutive quarters of no growth. 0.0 is no growth

Yesterday's rate hike ensures the last two weeks of this month aren't going to growing, they'll have to jiggle the previous 10 weeks' numbers to eke out half a percent. There have been no growth indicators this quarter and plenty of shrinking indicators

:story: at the 2021 inflation bill causing inflation being a "bizarre" idea. Literally no one outside of administration shills is saying anything other than that that bill supercharged inflation.

All these economic/financial people who have no dog in the fight of American politics, they're in Europe and Asia, and most of them generally prefer a Democrat to a Republican as president if anything, they're not adopting the denialist line, they're saying the obvious: that bill hit the nos for inflation

Begs the question of allowing people with no connection to the military on base, and then to allow them to use military hospitals for abortions. Believe that could be problematical. Open bases went away with 9-11.
