Think $150K a year for a job that would pay $250K in the US.

Agree. They bait autistic talent with the offer of "being able to live and work in Japan" to secure quality SWEs for waaay less TC. But if you choose to work in Japan for less TC vs America, you're probably fucked in the head (which Maricon and Byuu have proven in spades).
