I will say this about Pomu: she's been a lot more cavalier about this whole "oops my whole life is open for ridicule forever, on with the show I guess" situation, than Kiara.

I love Kiara, but she has a penchant for vagueposting like crazy and it irritates the fuck out of me. I don't care if she's open about her worries but posting shit like "This day got terrible..." when she knows people are looking and wants sympathy posts kills me.

Yeah on one hand good on Pomu for soldiering through but on the other that's basically all she can do because she's can't exactly reference or vaguely mention what's going on since it's related to essentially CP.
At least with Kiara it was related to professional gravure pics, Pomu's case is illegal.

She was making content with her "irl" identity as late as 2019, when she would have been 26. So well into her adult years. Obviously she seems to have preferred to put her past away when she switched to vtubing, but it's not like this was some deep dark childhood secret being brought into the light. Especially if the nude pics aren't of her.

1) This depends on the nudes being faked.
2) Doesn't Japan have some really shady shit with gravure, especially with underaged girls?
3) There were allegations of some escort shit, while they aren't substantiated just because we only know of a few things, doesn't mean thats the only issues. Up until a few weeks ago I assume most of us only assumed her stalker was a creep based on the wrestling vid, then the attempted rape/knocking on door video dropped.

Both cases are pretty fucked up just based on what we know, and I'm willing to bet there are worse things buried. Besides didn't Kiara move to Japan at like 15? Again, I think both cases would have illegal elements and it's a shame no one will be prosecuted for any of it. I absolutely adore how the whole page is in JP, but the warning not to post the nudes, and only that alone is specifically in English.
I don't think I've ever seen Nyfco do that, at least as far as I've seen before.
