If the drawing is pornographic and the purpose of the drawing is not to convey an idea or express something, but to arouse the person looking at it, then it's not speech. If you need more proof that people who post lolicon and who post real kids are the same people you should read some of the posts Null wrote about his time moderating 9chan, because he used to think the same thing until he saw the same IPs posting loli and real little girls to the site. Maybe not all of them jerk their dicks to real kids, but it's absolutely a big overlap and a slippery slope. They are pedophiles either way because they are aroused by a depiction of a child.

You're just wrong. Imagine if the law was that all any sexual exploitation of a real person, including adults, was criminal. It was a very serious crime that carried 5+ year prison sentences and sex offender registry. If there was any suspicion you had it or were distributing porn the police could seize all your computers. Even after you got out of jail you'd carry a social stigma until the day you die.
