As @Trombonista mentioned previously it's unlikely to be him and more or less a common trait due to how saturated Pokemania was in the late 90's and early 2000's. Considering his religious upbringing, how his parents dealt with his bad behavior growing up, and how quickly he abandoned what little help his parents gave him in the form of antipsychotic drugs after he turned 18 any sort mental health care (past or present) is out of the question for PL unless it's forced on him.

I can tell you where the dance is from, at least. It's a reference to Cow and Chicken. I assume the rest of it is just generic him sperging about making more Leaf animations and wanting more Leaf masters content.

He seems to have accumulated a lot of the PM "premium currency" (assuming that's what those diamonds are). I don't play gacha on principle, but is it possible for him to get that kind of money with normal gameplay + sign-in bonuses, or is he just whaling?
It'd be interesting to see if someone could approximate his spending habits in the same vein as the guys on DSP's board did for him and WWE Champions.
