Well if you look closely it says low and high if that helps, but I understand this is gibberish to most people so I will summarize it as simply as I can.
For starters his hemogloblin and hemotacrit is low which means he has anemia.
This is already bad because he isn't getting nutrients he needs throughout his body like oxygen and iron.
This is why stamper is pale as fuck and has muscle weakness because his body doesn't have enough to function properly already.
This is the mildest issue he has on that list.
Many other things were EXTREMELY high and low that shouldn't be.
I know no one will know what those words are if I explain them, so to put it simply, he has issues that will cause heart failure, stroke, and many other issues.
But to simply put the reason why the paper even says "must stop," because stamper alcohol and drug intake is fucking up most of his system.
He is SUPER vulnerable to infections and at the rate he is going, he is going to die most likely from a heart attack from a drug overdose.

Great thread, very depressing. Like a lot of the others here, I became familiar with Stamper from Newgrounds, and I thought the guy was legitimately talented and funny. His animations were always pushing the envelope in terms of quality for the time, and his off-color, cross-the-line-twice humor really was unique. I could easily see him enjoying the same kind of success as a lot of the other ex-Newgrounds animators that branched out to bigger and better things, but not everyone can overcome their demons, I guess. Dude has serious fucking issues that he's probably never going to solve. A tragedy, really.

The Homeless Lady Saga, Part 1
Here's part 1 of a detailed overview of The Homeless Lady Saga. This is the big one, arguably the lolcow-est thing Stamper has done. At the time, Stamper had never (to my knowledge) publicly given such a detailed look at how reckless he could be in his drug-brained shenanigans or how wild they could get. I'm splitting it into two parts because it's over 300 images and videos altogether. Tried my best to put it chronological order based on the timestamps, as usual. For the most part, I put replies before the next Tweet when it comes to Tweet chains.

Why Stamper would do something this retarded and dangerous:
1. He had been homeless himself prior to this, so he was/is sympathetic to homeless people (on SleepyCast he once told a story about giving a homeless guy a lift).
2. Stamper was very lonely and starved for human interaction at the time, having lived by himself in San Diego for several years at this point.
3. Stamper is also a sketchy criminal type person, so her crackhead energy was right up his alley.
4. Stamper is an alcoholic, cokehead retard with no impulse control who is prone to making bad decisions.
5. As you'll see, she started fixing up his house, giving him gifts, and doing nice things for him.
I didn't bother to screencap every single instance of it, but keep in mind that throughout this entire ordeal his replies are filled with people telling him this is a bad idea and to kick her out/get the police involved.

One thing to keep in mind is that during SleepyCabin he had a close circle of friends that kept him in check with his drinking and behavior. Once he moved out to California, especially after getting fired from The Behemoth, he completely spiraled. He's just a self destructive alcoholic that posts whatever crosses his mind with no filter.
He's become a whiny faggot on social media because everyone has cut him off for their own good. Stamper really is the poster child of addiction because despite being a high school dropout; he had close friends, modest e-fame that got him work, and generally had his shit together. If he wasn't the type of person that needed his leash held at all times, Stamper could have maintained his friend circle and I'm sure would be a regular on Justin Roiland shows. He'll never acknowledge it but he knows that he let a decent life slip through his fingers.

Yep. If he had even a modicum of self control he could have been coasting on his connections by now. Even just taking into account his voice acting and comedic skills, he was literally surrounded by talent that would go on to work in the animation and gaming industries that he could have easily found himself a spot in.

He already did, remember he voiced battle block theatre and many other games that already got his name known in the industry.
He even had people offering gigs to him at one point before his addiction sent him on a downward spiral.
It just horrifying to see he had everything he could have wanted right there but due to his addiction he lost it in an instant

The past couple of nights Stamper has gone on posting sprees again, and based off his admission from last time I'm going to assume that he was drunk then and always is when he's posting a lot. I initially wasn't going to do this because I would like to avoid turning this thread into a 1:1 mirror of his schizofeed, but eventually he said some really crazy shit so I'm going to go over the highlights.

2. gets high on computer duster occasionally

I never thought I'd see the day where Stamper gets his own thread on the farms though. Really sad to witness this shit man. Hopefully, he can somehow manage to get his life back on track either through his mother or his friends as soon as possible, but knowing past events with other people, it's gonna either never happen or happen too little too late.

He posted video about his car's tire popped in middle of a road before he was arrested , so he probably wasn't lying about that one.
